I have no problem typing with my iPad whatsoever. But it's also a matter of really getting used to it. Only the autocorrect can be annoying at times, but one can turn that off.

How do you turn it off?!

My iPad uses Dutch as its operating language so I will freely translate and provide the Dutch wording in the process.
Go to options (instellingen). From there go to general (algemeen). Once at general look for keyboard (toetsenbord), it should be below date and time (datum en tijd). Click on keyboard. A range of options which you can adjust via the usual sliders should now appear. Amongst these options you should find the option to turn off autocorrect.

That's where I found it anyway, haven't tried turning it off but it ought to work.

I also want to turn off that god damn stupid autocorrect but your instructions were too confusing

Click on Settings. (This is normally on your mainscreen.)

> Turn Autocorrect Off.

God damn you. I will change the language to English. If that doesn't work I suggest you call an Indian tech support guy!

Alright, here goes:
Step 1: Open settings (you do this by touching the 'settings' icon with your finger)

Step 2: Do not forget to breathe, else you might suffocate.
Step 3: Blinking is good for you, don't forget to do that either.
Step 4: On the left a menu should have appeared with various icons and words. Press "General" this has the same icon as "settings" did on your homepage (see above).
Step 5: You should now have the general menu on the right hand of your screen (it covers about 2/3 of your screen). Amongst these you should see various things you can press to open up another menu. Amongst these are "Date & Time", "Keyboard", "international" and "accessibility". They're in that order, you need to press "keyboard"
Step 6: Having pressed on the "keyboard" option, you should now see a new menu appear. Amongst these are various options which you'll see as either turned on or off. Amongst these is "Auto-Correction". The slider next to it should be partially blue (if it is activated). Put your finger on the blue part, take it off again, and the blue part should disappear. This means the option has been disabled.

I really cannot explain it easier than this.

So, started a higher media course at college today. It's been a long damn time since I walked into any education and walked out again with a smile on my face. S'gonna be a good couple of years!

And I'm happy too cause I had a great day today for a couple of years now Ive been volunteering at this place for special needs students ... it's incredible I love them so much. Helping out there is always like the highlight of my week :p they're so nice and warmhearted.

There's this one girl who has down's and another problem which I'm not too sure of (I always want to ask the teachers there but I'm always too embarrassed to ...). She's so beautiful and is amazing like she has a severe speech impediment but I've been meeting with her for two years now and just at the end of last year I began to learn how to communicate with her ... it's amazing how that happens. I remember when I first met, she could barely type on the computer and now she's typing so well it's incredible

I will stop rambling now

Today I got permission from the school management to go ahead and co-lead the peer-counseling program I was a part of last year with another student. I'm so excited about it. Going to hopefully hold interview for interested volunteer sometime soon which I'm a bit nervous about but still excited about it!

Last year, we did so much good with it and the teacher who spearheaded the program had to back out from it this year cause she's doing her master's in counseling or something this year so I wasn't sure if they'd let us lead it ourselves but they said it was ok so yay looking forward to it.

Good for you shaelyssa I worked with special needs students a while back for 3 years and it is a great feeling helping them and showing them what they are really capable of doing. Thumbs up this post made me smile.

And I'm happy too . I just finished a 5 mile run at just under 40 minutes, my old personal best!!! For the past 2 months, I've been running it in like 60 minutes for some reason so I'm glad I'm back to my old time ... I blame my bad running performance on all the extra weight I've put on :[.

But whatever I'm too busy enjoying my running high to care aaah
