Is this building claimed?

Is this building currently used by any guild or individual, and is it possible to use it for an odd scheduled event, and regular casual role-play? At any rate, if no 'owner' shows up untill Thursday, its his loss. Muahhaha!

I've seen it used once by Forlorn Cartel. The content of the room, at that time, consisted of 2 Gnomes, 2 Dwarves, a human and a priest...

Not sure if they really 'own' it tho.

It is old emma house, but she is a bloody OOCer and doesn't count.

We were probably just meeting or hiding there, it's definitely not one of ours: the buildings we "own" are all in the Dwarven District.

Hiding.. meeting.. beating up the priest.. ;D

Yeah noticed the building before but decided the old woman aint worth it. The inside is so fancy and sweet though she doesnt deserve it!

I might use it very, very occasionally for my shrink Dr. Thompson Ficklebricket's office. But as that should only happen once/month or so there should be no issues.
Emma is his patient, btw. She is making progress.

I use it now and then as the Office of the Minister of Magic. But that's very rarely so go for it.
