Played through easy mode with Noxie and Veia last night at like 1-2 in the morning. Poor Noxie over skype.

"You know what, i'll just play on offline mode for more practice alright?"
"....It's easy though."

*Noxie wields one door shut in a room[She's a tech]*
*Noxie touches the pad inside*
*Noxie forgot to wield the SECOND door*
Game over.
"Ok...I guess next time you should wield that door too"

We did 3 man easy mode though because it's....Easy. I couldn't use my autogun sadly as I had to compensate by carrying an ammo case and I didn't like the fact autoguns take one whole box of ammo crates to replenish.

Yeah but the ammo amount is huge as well. Less reloading so it's pretty much the same deal.

Wasn't my concern over easy mode considering the others would need ammo too. I was fine taking the odd parts of ammo with a standard assault rifle.

But it was fun, might play it a bit more today. Though it was confusing as hell playing it for the first time >_>

I didn't learn how to quick reload until today, though it doesn't help that the indicator for it is hidden down in the corner of the screen. Thankfully you can move it with console commands.

Was really great fun. Started with Mik, Melf and I waiting for Veia, so Melf goes "Let's just try to three-man insane for fun".
First insane mission went with all three of us going "OMFG WHAT THE FUUUUUUUCKKKKK" but we managed to get through it! Then we got wtfpwned a few times on the second mission. Then Veia joined. And we learned that the pewpewlazors gun is awesome.
Smooth sailing from there. Really. *coughcough*
Now all we need is to get together and finish ;_;

I don't scream like a little girl, apart from when I'm all alone, gettingt chased by headhumpers, random aliens and Nuclear idiots, then yes, I might start sounding a bit excited or something :3

And yes, that Insane stuff was so awesome. First mission we just charge at the beginning, thinking there's nothing new apart from number of creatures and the health of them and such. Then bam, parasites and flying things all over the place and we get wiped out. That was the best moment :3

And as soon as the others get back to the screen, we could finish it!

Righto. Finally got around to getting the game and running a few offline practise sessions to check how the game works. Now for online play... Unfortunately the concept of playing with randoms doesn't sound too appealing to me.

Its tough, no? You'll need to carefully tailor your equipment to each level and to co-ordinate with your group. You'll probably need two medics, or one with both medgun and heal beacon. Heavy armour, electrified armour, and proximity mines become your best friends, and sentries should be taken for any level with static defense situations.

Teslas and flamethrowers are pretty damn good too.
