Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
Me and my group nicknamed ourselves Legion after one of us yelled ''We are Legion, for we are many!'' We tried to help even out the numbers, but there simply wasent enough of us at all. We did however rescue a bunch of the people who were being CC'd and such. Im sure, if the OOC horde guilds return, Legion will come back aswell to help fight. Well we'll come back anyway just not get involved in the battles, wasent our origional purpose there anyway. It was-

Sounds more like prejudice then fact to me. Keep to the topic, thanks. You can take personal arguments and insults on msn or some other program that has nothing to do with this forum. We STILL don't want this shit here.
Consider it a warning in non fancy blue colors.

Elizabeth. You know. I'm not very fond of your little OOCing either.
I honestly considered leaving the event when we were ontop of the wall. But I saw it through to SS, eventually logged my rogue to keep the Menethil-gankers at bay.
Nonetheless. Shinden organized a very grand event here. It's a shame to see it getting frowned upon and ruined.

People just got to stop taking things so serious. I highly doubt its either of the factions fault (the RPers fault) that OOCers show up. That is sadly bound to happen, and we should feel lucky during the events it does not happen.
The event is awsome (as much as I've seen it), and I am sure it will still be awsome for the time it last, and hope I can show my face a bit more often.
Kudos!

A question, as I wasn't personally there: Were you invited and asked to "help even out the numbers" by someone?Elízabéth Moren wrote: We tried to help even out the numbers, but there simply wasent enough of us at all.

By the description of "We are legion". And obvious OOCing.
Do -you- think they were invited? ^.^

Looking away from the mess yesterday, the OOC'ing Hordes who followed us since Menethil Harbor and the ''Hordes'' of OOC'ers that met us head on (No Feelings were hurt during this encounter as did no QQ'ing occur) And the fact that the Inn keeper/Waitress/Assistant Inn Keeper in Southshore sells any kind of booze by any chance =.=, the event is going quite well. ^^

Despite the fallbacks, I'm actually really enjoying the campaign, and it's nice to see RP moving around to places where it isn't around normally, as well as the alliance pull together and actually being a, er, alliance.

^ What Grayden said. I'm there on a 'new' character, Leez, someone I haven't RPd with much, and I'm finding myself having a lot of fun. Like yesterday, even if the w-pvp didn't exactly work out, we went hunting for food and prepared it, stuff like that, I'm really enjoying this campaign. Thumbs up really, to all the people who put this together.

Nope Nayan, I was not invited. And Raelan, you told me that roughly seventy two times already. I stopped caring on the tenth.

Well, your actions contributed to having OOCers coming over. Not saying it was entirely your fault, but you did contribute to it. If you are so eager in getting PvP without being part of a campaign, BGs are always open for that.Elízabéth Moren wrote:Nope Nayan, I was not invited. Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
So, why is it that when I go on holiday word reaches me that things aren't going well with this? Why is it that I hear the Cult is largely, if not most of the time, being bypassed in discussions while we are a part of this event series and it goes down in places where we, undeniably, RP the most, where any outcome will affect our RP? Why is it that I hear we are being falsely accused, though I admit to also hearing those accusations were withdrawn but it still says loads. Why is it that when something was said by one of my officers in our channel he gets yelled at by, apparantly, someone on the Horde sent by the Alliance in our own OOC channel, why is it that afterwards Alliance come yelling at my officers in our OOC channel?
Why?
It is undeniable that the lands these events are taking place in are used by us the most, and especially with us being a part of this event series we should be consulted, instead, my officers are informed after the fact by a third party, as I understood him being.
Why is it that after the accusations are dropped and one of my officers brings up a problem that it is ignored?
Why should my members vote in favor of staying in the event with this happening, or should I say, not happening?
And yes, there is a general vote going on.
And you know, we weren't consulted in the organisational stages, alright, apparantly none of the officers could be reached, alright, but now we're seemingly being bypassed, if I would look at this with the slightest suspicion I'd not have a lot of problems connecting the dots and saying it's systematic, I sure hope I shouldn't look at this with suspicion to reach the correct conclusion.
Why don't people see this brings a blemish on the whole event series while it could be great?
Do clarify.

Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
Sorry Antistia but how can you be bypassed when Rasonal was leading the Horde side? <<
Also, perhaps an OOC ingame discussion is in order with all of the organisers of the event to clarify all you said above, I cant say for sure what the problem is as I do not take part of the organising.

To say what I heard, apparantly the outcome of the battle etc was determined with Shrogan.
Also, gotta say this quickly, I by no means know everything going on (me being on holiday and stuff) but just bringing this up as these are the sentiments that reached me and I prefer they be discussed so that any misunderstandings can be resolved and we all have fun
Edit: didn't notice your edit, haha, anyway, I think that's the best thing to do at the moment too, these sentiments need to be addressed I feel.

We can take it here, or we can take it in-game. PM'ing you with my details!
Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
A parenthesis, if you don't mind. I don't know if any of you use RealID (or if you even want to use it), but in case you do: you can add each other and create a convo with all of you there, where all leading parties will be able to communicate without misinformation or ignoring anyone (unintentionally, is my guess, but still not hard to feel ignored, in these cases).

No. He's being a childish brat thinking too much of himself. There are no reason EVER, to ruin a roleplaying event through ooc-means.
And "revenge" or "fighting fire with fire", clearly are one. With an addition of lame ooc yelling/saying.
I know SGE was slightly a pain in the arse when they fully pvp geared ran into Darkshire and killed us all. And they have one or two or perhaps three members that can be complete jerks.
But this is pulling them all over one and the same line, just ganking, unjustified. Childish, lame and spineless.

Cheers, thanks and much appreciated for dragging " Grom " to the RP event, this afternoon and having all the Roleplayers there ganked. me Included. Real mature, and acceptable for someone who likes to think himself a roleplayer and be involved in roleplay events. Don't expect to be welcomed on sunday.

Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
Elizabeth, care to explain why (uninvited even) you'd bring known ooc'ers to corpsecamp and crash RP-PvP events (on at least two occasions)?
Re: The Upcoming Alliance Campaign - A heads-up
Firstly, Sertyh was the only GROM there, and that was because im friends with him. And because SGE did it in Darkshire. They seemed to think it good to charge in, full PvP gear and slaughter. Also some of there rogues seeing it fit to sap spam a bunch of people. I made the groups just for SGE, but people in my group earlier today wanted to kill others, so I joined in.
And to make it clear, stop thinking I dragged GROM into it. Only one of there members is there, because hes a friend of mine. I didn't get any more GROM's to come.

You dragged Sertyh into it.
From my experiences with that dude it basicly equals dragging GROM into it.
He's been stalking and camping a new addition to the red blade since he faction changed.
