One thing that makes me despair about the tweens who participate in 4chan style raids etc. is they can't seem to see past their own feet. What do they hope to achieve, getting the server restarted for about 2 hours downtime? So what? I would relate their plight to the recent expression of discontent about the moderation on these forums but..

Their primary goal is to crash one of the world servers, and failing that, prevent normal players from logging in due the online player cap on the server being reached. The location is pretty much irrelevant for those two purposes.

Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, Outland and Northrend are all seperate world servers. So they'd only be crashing Kalimdor.

surprising though it may be for you, a good number of players on the server would be bothered even by that.
