I feared this wouldn't be on tonight after a slight personal disaster of no internet. But everything is fixed now.

So we are open again tonight, from 21:00 till atleast midnight!

Seeing as through my mistake we are having the most quiet night so far. We might just be closing down an hour early. So those wishing to visit, best make their way over soon!

I just got reminded I hadn't posted here. (While I could have sworn I had!)

But yes, the Blighted Dwarf isn't open tonight.
I have put the dwarf on hold for a moment. As I'm working on another project that is taking alot of my time.
The Blighted Dwarf will return ofcourse, and I will try to keep this thead updated as to when it will return.

After a serious case of the IRL and a few setbacks on my project, I'm finally able to continue the dwarf once again. And what better return of the Inn then during Brewfest?

The Blighted Dwarf will once again be open on thursday 22th of september, from 21:00 till midnight.

Now, lets see if some people actually remember the little sinkhole.

Hrmm, unfortunately this collides with a guild event for us Blood Brokers, which rather ironically happens to be a drinking contest. But I shall see if I can't pull some strings and suggest we hold the contest at the Blighted Dwarf, or if all else fails, take our jolly business there later in the evening.

My point was that they wouldn't need guards if it's flagged as Horde territory, since they can all stay unflagged for pvp.

I don't think you can unflag there, it's pretty much the horde version of Duskwood. Reminds me, still need to invade that place.

So what you're saying is that it's contested territory and not Horde territory at all? I wasn't sure, that's why I was asking

It's Horde Territory, but it's such a high-level area that you can't unflag, more on account of this being an RP/PVP server than anything else. With the Cataclysm, all Alliance bases in the region were destroyed, and as I understand it the land is being reclaimed by the Forsaken, lore-wise. Questing in the area involves fighting off a new Alliance invasion though, so they clearly haven't given up on the land; hence why it's pretty much the perfect zone for a military RP campaign - but it's still Horde territory.

Well we gotten a guard or two, so we are going to make a stand for our little inn.
Worse case scenario, we match our own decoration. ;p

I would like to bring this concept back.

Would there be any objections from anybody previously involved in me taking the name? I have no problem in giving credit, where credit is due naturally.
