Someone has hacked my account.

sorry to say this to chapters i cant come on any of the events has been hacked dunnu if it can be salved they have remove my email and switch the account to a other hotmail.. strange none has send me a mail about that change.. or even a password change..
i shall try to get it back but don't think i'm the one online tho.. becuse i cant even enter wow..

So...have you scanned your computer with internet disabled yet? And contacted Blizzard Support?

have sent mail and one friend tries to contact a gm.. but what else can i do

Full scan with net disabled, I wouldn't be surprised if you found trojan horse files.

And your friends wont help with contacting Blizzard. YOU, the account owner, have to do it. Dont waste time and write them an email or make a phone call.
They will not respond to anything like "my friend got hacked please help him".

Actually, you're not correct there. There's been countless cases where GM's have intervened when you open a ticket regarding someone being hacked. You just have to mention the behaviour that makes you believe he's hacked, or that the person in question contacted you about it. Ofc they will "not respond to 'my friend got hacked'", but it's not the aim of the ticket to "get a response", but to get them to do something about it. And they do.

Indeed, I was hacked twice or so in total. The first time I got my account back after asking a friend contacting a GM. The second time I had a second account and contacted the GM myself on the spot. So it does work.

Hm... times change apparently. It did not work in my case but as said it's been a couple of years ago.

The first time I got hacked was like, four years ago so. Perhaps you just happened to come across some douche GM, Gharb =)

Firstly, it seems alot of people are getting hacked lately mysteriously. Good for me, as I'm not actually online on WoW much for some strange reason (I, obviously, won't give the reason - but some people obviously know why ). I can't understand why the hackers are so busy lately, but I don't care - as I'm perfectly safe playing on the Xbox at the moment, bored of WoW and the community for now. Too much drama in my life care about WoW currently - especially when it seems half the community are trying to catch me out and create a fuss over nothing. I hope you get your account back, ofcourse. *prepares for the inevitable*

Well i have send a letter with value transport to the france office for blizzard. i have sent like 10 mails and have open 5 tickets.. and still i have not get any respond if my account is frozen or not.. just got my main back.. the intruder had deleted it and somehow a gm return it with no talking to me.. i wonder what in hell is going on..
i pay 100crowns just to send the letter with sealed bag just so they shall repsond to me at once.. i have no other way then to ask friends and famaily to help me to contact them at once, and so far no response. i have no clue what they do agenst people with my account and it spokes the hell of me becuse all my personal information is conected to it. and still they cant pick up a phone and tell me what has happen. still get wierd mails about passwords changes that i havent done myself.. my biggest fear that is the account is open without me even controll it.. that is the scary part..
i want it forzen and remain frozen intil i can get controll over the stealing of it.. worse case would be to buy all cd's again and hope that the blizzard can send my chars to the other account still i havent get any answers or any contact at all just damn strange mail that is automatic without me has chosen them.

if you know a GM well just tell him or her to get in touch.. becuse i'm afraid for real.. this is not fun at all.. and makes me get alot of panic attacks when i see the damn AUTO mails..
becuse none seems not to respond or give me a proper answer. and that is damn scary becuse i have payed alot of money.. i have already talked to my advisor on the bank so not that also get a intrution..
anyone i would like the help if someone would make a GM PICK UP A PHONE and call..

it cant be impossible becuse i'm Jenny and i have id-card and i have my family that confirm me is me.. and alot of doctors and bank personal and evrything it cant be so damn hard to forze it so none can do anything agenst it again.. and again..

the bad side is.. i eat heavy medication and don't even remember my own Secret question.. so i can't reset the password.. even if i have tried with evrything.. even turn my room upside down to find all old books.

Ugh, I really hate the pharmacy industry. It's quite funny really, that they and the other medical fields kill the most people in the US than anything else. *shrug*

I can't even remember what secret questions I made but I'm lucky, I have an authenticator to protect my account.
