Goons - a renewed counter offensive.

starting today they have, and yes we can all see it on the realm forums, begun their little crusade again.

so i'd just like to ask every horde and alliance member one favour...

open a ticket. make it a good one, report out of character names, demand action from blizzard, report them for everything and anything you can.

we have slacked off lately, but i'm confident if we all make this one effort right now, we can kick start the crack down on these clowns. becuase dam it, their getting comfortable!

We killed their GM a few days ago in Ironforge! I also like to log my horde alt to see if they got members in contested areas. It pays off often. >8D

Tbh I think were giveing them more credit then we should be, ..Slap them on ignore and fight back when they CC. ..Besides that, let 'em hate on a brickwall.

Report and ignore. Since feeding the trolls never work.

And what exactly have they achieved in-game so far...?

Neither do I see how their forum "activity" affects the realm.

They've been and will continue being KoS & CC for Bloodwind. Some of them had the orgasmic experience of actually being hunted and killed repeatedly. We aim to offer this wonderful experience to as many Goons as possible. We're that generous, we are *nodnod*

They are just trolls nothing more.

Never got bothered once by those guys. /ignore and they dissapear forever, don't even waste effort.

Give them no attention other than KoS and the occasional camping and they'll dry out quicker than your moms whispering eye.

Funnily enough...

The only actual problems I've had with goons, are taking over -MY- trade channel, and making me share Bloodwind's loves.

Other than that, they seem to be really quite quiet.

So much for this apocalypse.

Yeah, after a while we shifted to Tarren Mill. They didn't follow, despite it being announced in /s to everyone present.

Too bad, Gogol had a small army coming for them.

*breaks out using shadow-y magic* I've just thought, we see enough of these topics on the realm forums and are asked to ignore them or the Goons will get all big-headed etc. Would this topic not inflate the Goon Mole's (whomever that may be... *looks at the person who put him in a cage*) already overly-inflated ego after s/he reports back to the other egotistical Goons?

As for myself, I've been offline alot recently because of exams, so even if I were the Goon Mole, I wouldn't have the time nor patience to contact them with my 1-and-a-half hour revision per night and personal matters on other forums (such as Wrong Planet etc.).

Also, why don't we bump other threads on the realm forum for the most miniscule of reasons (though not making the goal of that bumping obvious) in an effort to get their threads to at least page 2

Here's an idea: GTFO of every thread even mentioning <Goons>. They feed on your tears.

Ignore and report. They aren't worth the time to type a reply.

This, to be honest. Make them feel like we're ignoring their posts and drive theirs all the way to the bottom. If people are too stupid to ignore their posts, then we simply have to make sure they don't see them.
