The Order of the White Eagle
Who are they?
The order of the White Eagle was once a small holy order in Theramore Isle, peacekeepers and protectors in and outside of the Theramore walls. They would never fight against the Horde unless there is reason to it. They would travel with Theramore Highway Guards to protect cargo and civilians from whatever waits for them in the marshes.
When Garrosh Hellscream became the new warchief, the order has no choice but fight the horde since there is a constant battle between Fort Triumph and Desolation Hold. Every month three members of the Order would swap posts between Fort Triumph and Theramore carrying a Banner of the White Eagle. When Theramore fell, most of the order was wiped out within Theramore and only three survived since they were at Theramore at the time, but soon two out of the three had fallen during skirmish at the Battle Scar.
- Orgins of the White Eagle:
- Some questioned why the Order of the White Eagle was even formed. The reason why the Order of the White Eagle order was formed was because a small group of Guardsmen and Priests never lost hope near end of the Third War when they were fighting alongside with each other against the Burning the Legion and the Scourge. A few months after the end of The Third War, they reunited and decided to form a new order within Theramore, Order of the White Eagle.
The meaning of the White Eagle is to them a symbol of hope and other meanings like bringing strength, courage, wisdom and healing.
Years after the Order was formed, the Orders priests begins to develop the guardsmen within the Order. Teaching them the ways of the Light and the Three Virtues, soon they became Paladins.
- Battle Style (Developing):
- Order of the White Eagle always carries a banner with them into battle to keep Morale high to Brother and Sisters within the order and those outside as well. If the banner has fallen for any reason, the Orders Brother and Sisters would have to react swiftly to pick up the banner just to keep Morale High.
They would never attack the enemies from behind because to them, they believe there is no honour it.
- Current Ranks (In Progress):
- The Some are the ranks in the Order are equal while few are Higher than others .
Officers
Great Eagle - The Great Eagle Rank is the Orders standard bearer, having the highest responsibility of keeping the order intact and keeping morale high. If the Great Eagle ever falls in battle, fellow members of the order must protect what's the left of Great Eagle and bring him or her back to safety along with the banner unless the battle could be won.
When the time comes, the Eagle Champions will have to return to the Cathedral in Stormwind and remain there until they all come into an agreement who would become the next Great Eagle.
Eagle Champion - Are the orders wise and skilful brother and sisters in the order and have the potenial of being the next Great Eagle in the order. The Eagle Champions have to pass a series of tests of their mind, body and soul. Even if they pass these tests, the Great Eagle of the Order can decide if they ready to become an Eagles Champion. After all, the Brother or Sister could become the next Great Eagle.
When the Great Eagle is not around, the Eagle Champions are the ones to run order if he is or she is not around.
Core
Guardian(Paladins) - These finest warriors are probably the toughest Brother and Sisters throughout the order. Their heavy armour are to show a sign of protection and strength to our allies and enemies. They are to protect civilians through Azeroth when needed or relics that can bring a symbol of hope or bringing high morale. It is also their duty to protect artefacts until they are safe. If ever the artefact is unholy or could cause any harm, they would have to protect it at all times to prevent them going into the wrong hands and waiting to be destroyed.
Peacekeeper (Paladins/Warriors) - Are followers who past the basic training of following the Light and passing their tests. They are the same rank as Eagle Guardian but having different responsibilities. It is their duty to protect the weak as same as any other Brother or Sister in the order but also set an example to the Neophytes in the order. They also have the freedom to travel around Azeroth and create relationships between other Alliance Races.
Purifier (Priests/Mages) - Are the new rank recently been added to the Order. They are a small group of Priests and Mages to help target anything that Brother and Sisters cannot reach with their melee weapons. Once the priests of the Order have cleaned and gave their prayers to the fallen, the purifiers would burn the corpses to prevent them to be risen. Same to any land/crops that's been infected that can cause harm or worse, they would have to set the area alight.
Priests (Priests of course) - Priests are the healers of the order and also shares the blessing of the Light to the Brother and sisters of the Order. It is also their duty to clean the bodies of the fallen men and woman and give their final prayers. It also their duty to teach the Neophytes the two of the Three Virtues , Respect and Tenacity.
Recruits
Neophytes (Paladins/Warriors/Mages/Priests) - New brother and sisters of the Order. Once they have completed their training. They can choose what role they wish to take in the Order.
- Goals (In Progress):
After the fall of Theramore, its first goal is to rebuild the dying order. Once the Order is rebuilt, they would travel up North at times to attack Forsaken camps and to protect any Alliance Strong Holds or towns.
If criminals are around beating/stealing/etc. Only thing members would do is to simple get the guards since we are not aiming to be guards or arresting anyone (Since there is too many guilds that have guards rights already). But we will defend ourselves if we have too.
- OOC::
-The Order of the White Eagle is another Light guild but also PVP as well (PVP is an option since not everyone wants to PVP but RP)
- Armor of colour of the Order is either white/silver/light grey or certain sets.
-The Order only accepts Mages/Priests/Paladins/ and Human, Dwarves and maybe Worgen (Since they are cursed humans and can transform into Humans ICly)
- How to join? I am on roughly 10pm realm time roughly every day maybe earlier depending on shift patterns. Just give me a whisper on Rammíus or any other member that is on and they will give you invite OOC and I will give you a IC interview.

This is definitely a new way to cut that sort of ''light guild'' kind of concept. I give my full supports to this.

Is there any specific narrative reason behind your decision to include mages, but exclude, say-- Warriors and hunters?

Warriors are accepted in the Order, but its more of remembrance of Theramore (Plus they have a portal to Theramore as well, even though we don't really need it IC since the place is in rubble). Its also one of the major changes to the order. He thinks they can be useful help order in a way for long distance if the combat units can't reach their enemies And they burn things too. Burn the Heretic!
But for other classes is because the original order only had Paladin and Priests at the time, and my character would like to keep it that way. He is accepting Warriors into the order because he was Footmen before he became a paladin. Same with all the others in the Order before they became Paladins as well.
