During the event the adventurers lead by Mallucis will travel from Stormwind to Dire Maul in Feralas, Kalimdor. Awesome! Good luck on your journey, cool to see such inviting RP out there.
Out of interest, are you going to RP there being Highborne still in the Athenaeum? Some groups I've spoken to vehemently say there's quite a few still living there, others insist it's abandoned (along with much of its "stuff") post-Cataclysm.

I had the same problem during the First Part, when we needed to entre the Athenaeum in the Scarlet Monastery. When I asked people OOC they generaly stated: "It's your event." = do wathever you want. But I sort of hate this approach, 'cause it wholy ignores the world events. I asked the Council about the matter in character. I tried to contact any existing scarlet-based guild. Scraps, points of view, rumours. So, I assumed two things: they are scattered, without the leadership, but still there. That's why it was rather a espionage mission.
When it comes to Dire Maul I think the situation would be even worse. If there is an alliance guild operating in the Kalimdor, they surely don't RP there. That is why I will act like there is still someone who takes care of this huge library, unique or even genuine (they have books from before the Shattering). And, although something was going on there in the Cataclysm, no instance was affected. Yes, there is Mordent in Darnassus, but at the same time of putting Shen'dalar back to service, there was the information, that the House of Shen'dalar still dwells in the Athenaeum.

If you need someone to RP a Shen'dralar for you, just poke me; I can TRP one of my night elves as a Highborne for a night or so. You may run into the issue, though, that once inside, you can only bring 5 players in

I'm an idiot. How could I miss that?!
But no worries, I'll come up with something.

Poked you in PM!
As a sidenote there's a few alternative locations you could use for 6+, one being the Ruins of Isildien just south of Dire Maul. It lacks the banners and books but has a nice big abandoned Temple of the Moon. The catacombs beneath Dire Maul itself might also work.

Dear Interested,
I'm sorry to announce, that there is a job matter that stands in a way to launch the second part tomorrow. Because of this I'm forced to move the event on Saturday, at 8:00 PM server time.

We are having some RL problems and we currently stucked in Karnum's Glade. In matter of days the group will move to Darnassus. After some tea and biscuits with Mordent Evenshade, the group will head Exodar to seek council with Prophet Velen.

Wieldhammer Crusade is finally over. Thanks to all that took part in it!
The last, closing part will be the knighthood ceremony, but that will be announced separately. The book "The Light And How To Swing It" will be handed officially to the Church representatives on that day.
