I think the way that forsaken society would work is that alot of their social structure would remain you would have nobles, peasants and the likes and vaine emotions would remain, arrogance, jealousy, y'know looks and about themselves.

Of course when your freshly risen your bound to be bits and peices, brain hanging out, spine gone. Who knows. But if you wanna look presentable then you go to the apothecary and get a patch up. The outcome and the only close thing you'll get to beauty for forsaken is indeed a Damned Bride: Pale skin, big glowly darkened eyes. long hair, and mostly intact with thin frame. for men, proably the chiseled look for pale, dark eyes. slightly crooked. thin again.
