Looking for a lieutenant of the wardens of Acrenor

By official decree of the Ordo Arcana, the services of skilled fighters possessing good military disicpline and tactical sense are requested across the kingdom.

If you have a sword, but no profit from its use, you are hereby urged to join the Wardens of the Ordo Arcana, with the promise of good pay and a good cause to protect. In this, you would represent the Arcane Academy of Acrenor in guard-duty.
Your work involves protecting your superior Mages of the ruling council of the Ordo Arcana, as well as managing the dungeons of the Academy. A specific position will be selected for one with the most promising tactical skill, as that of the Lieutenant Warden, who might manage the Guard, recieving orders from the council of mages directly.

The Academy needs you, proud Citizen of Stormwind, sign up for the wardens of the Order.

In short, the Wardens of Acrenor are what makes the Ordo Arcana Guild a mixture of an Academy and a having the role of a political Power. the Wardens would be the bannermen of the Order, serving as the bodyguards of the mages, managing the dungeons of the order's santcuary, and patrolling the mage district of Stormwind or the Area between deadwind pass and darkshire now and then. Your purpose is to defend the properties of the Ordo Arcana as well as their members.
It is like a guard role, though you fight solely for the interests of the Academy, a slight difference in the cause.

The requested role of a Lieutenant is the most urgent request in this post, while we have a few number of Lieutenants, we need someone who can take the initiative and can spare the time to manage the warden section of the order, the person must be experienced enought in RP to actually lead and will be the one who leads the men in the field, rather than the councellor who commands and watches the events unfold from a distance.
The role of a warden is basically the role of a bannerman of a noble house, though this is a magical insitution rather than a noble family.
