Notice on the well by Five Deadly Venoms

A stone cover has been placed over the well by the Five Deadly Venoms, and a notice nailed to the wood.
"Water within the well has been contaminated. Any consumption will be done under your own responsibility. Seal will be removed by next Thursday with a cleansing of the well.
- Stormwind Regiment"
(OOC: The well has been poisoned with a bacteria which will make your char sick with flu like symptoms, but won't kill you. Just very uncomfortable!)
