Looking for Civilian RP guild

Hi my character Gelarieu has been a adventurer in different Places for a long time and are now looking to settle Down as a civilian, so i was interested in if Defias Brotherhood got civilian RP guilds at all? Please reply here or whisper me in-game

Sadly as far as I know there isn't any civilian RP guilds, most of the people on the server is more of the "The more action the better" People except the Pandarens, I'm sure if you look around you can find someone interested in Civilian RP but no guilds, maybe you could form one.
DB currently lacks Civilians, at least that's how it was when I left.

In some guilds some are civilians still. But not with the focus of a guild. Of course if people would want they could make such a guild.

There is a bit of civilian like RP or random RP now and then since of some guilds people are civilians anyway.

While the concept isn't unheard of, it is rather uncommon to actually find CIVILIANS walking around the streets of Stormwind and such (usually lord this or lady that, who happens to be commander whatnot and bring along their entourage etc). My personal guess is that while civilian RP can be fun, it doesn't really lead anywhere in terms of character progress (climbing ladders of society, ranks within the military and such), thus it isn't RP'ed out by most around here. I tried to RP my main as a regular smithy for some time way back when I first came to this server, but seeing as how few required the services of a smithy but rather needed soldiers... Well, you get the idea what happened next.

All my characters are civilians. Even civilians need jobs! Which would be their reason to be in guild a b or c

Hi, I'm pretty new to all this RP stuff, but after having a little go, I'm well up for trying a bit more My character is a low level monk initiate who has yet to start any training proper (got that lined up at Lv.20 with Paozi) so he's not far off civilian level. So if you can think of anything my young monk to help with in your guild, let me know

Darilas has a Silvermoon civilians guild. I can't remember what it's called.

Even thou my character (Mallucis, Holy Lighbringers) is a member of a paladin based guild, when there is no call to arms he acts as a regular citizen (we have guardian guilds, the Coucil and ministers, so no need to show of). I don't think, that a member of any guild, no matter what aims one has, is not at the same time a regular citizen meantime campaigns or world events, no matter what title one has. One has to eat, sleep, do groceries, repair things, etc. all the time. That is how I perceive this.

I had once the idea of creating a real 'guild' of merchants or craftsmen, but the truth is, if you don't have a character that is made just for the purpose of RP, none will join. Each of us who want to have some OOC gametime needs to raid and stuff.

Mall's profession will always be blacksmithing, so you can sometimes find him near the forge or hanging around the city.

I believe Band of the Brave have a civilian rank named 'Taverngoer' or something along those lines. But I assume the majority of them are indeed civilians. Wellsworth will have to confirm this though.

The Band aren't military, which, yes, would indeed make us civilians. We have an OOC rank for people who aren't in the Band ICly, named, yes, "Taverngoer". It has no function other than to signal that the person is not a brave.

Civilians with more firepower then a battalion of footmen, though.

On a RPPVP server - being a non-combatant outside blue zones can be challenging - just put that thought out there. Use the plough but keep your scythe near to hand.

Well ill be recruiting for my guild tonite which is a criminal guild but i will be needing civilians to work in the front company, which disguises the criminal activity, as engineers and salesmen(or women) if ya interested.

I've been thinking of creating a guild to teach all those new RPers the basics of roleplay and such. I happen to encounter lots of god-emoting in my RP especially, and a civilian RP guild would fit perfectly for the idea.

You don't need an entire guild to teach new roleplayers the basics. Regardless, if you go for it, i appreciate the initiative.

I think it is a good idea to make a Guild to train new players to become civilians.. Mostly because I'm a little tired of teaching new players.. If you wonder why I do it it's because I have been at their position and know how difficult it is if everyone just ignores you. You would be surprised on how many people actually wants to roleplay, however they are ignored as Lollers because they don't know how to write right or even because they act silly.

It takes a while to teach them, however the more you teach the more soldiers you have to take over Azeroth.. I mean friends..

I'm making one, named "Stormwind Civillians". I might be organizing some events, or we might just be a bunch of citizens using the guild to organize ourselves or for "random" set up RP. /w me ingame on Windsor (ï is alt + 139) or AveÎra (Î is alt + 0206). I'm online mostly until 10 to 14, and past 23 to maybe 1 or 2 in the morning.
