[A] Posters on all major notice boards around Stormwind City.

These posters appear around the city, including shady places and inn's like the Pig and the Lamb.

((Great irony dark arts are already practiced and have been under the lamb! But of course few know that! Powah to the dark arts! Also nice posters.))

*Grenier Blackwrath peers over the posters, scrambling them away from the Lamb, with an epic facepalm. "Considering how many of them fight for the Alliance and one of them helped defeating Neltharion, perhaps they should make monuments of them instead... Poor hypocrites..."*

Emily notice a poster in the Lamb, she slowly walks to it before reading over it slowly twice.
"Chaos, what kind of bullshit is that? Shadow is a part of the balance just like light. While the light is life, shadow is death and serves a purpose.. If something should be hated it is fel and arcane.. These things only make trouble.. Isn't that right Richard?"
Emily turns towards a shady character reading the news article of the city, the shady man looks up at Emily and nods once at her before looking back into the news paper once again.
Emily walks back to the table besides Richard and sits down.

Shalea peers over the posters. She mumbles to herself, somewhat amused over something it seems on the last bolded part.

* Reads through the posters as she grinds her teeth. When done she mutters* " Propaganda they use well to see that this new law permitting dark arts not to be passed. This will not go unanswered, must gather a group and form a new poster to counter attack this one. "

*Jasmine walks by the poster, snickering to herself before she pulls it down, folding it neatly, and placing it into a pocket in her belt. She'd then walk off like nothing happened.*

A cloaked female slowly approaches one of the walls, under the light of the lanterns, where the posters have been hanged. She rises the brim of her hat and peers at the poster. After a few moments she lets out a deep sigh and takes one of them down, placing it into her inner cloak. For a few long moments she would be noticed just standing there 
"If the Chapter was still around, this would have never happened... Damn the Traitor, and to think i looked up to her......"
While tipping her hat down, she slowly leaves the area lighted by the lantern, and enters the darkness.
