Incorrect. Already proven that he is not. He is only level 12, non-elite aswell as the fact he swears revenge on the Bilgewater Cartel after failing to sell them into slavery and fleeing.

I'm guessing so considering it's a pirate ship with Alliance soldiers in it. The thing I found cooliest however was definately that shaman; how he saves you and then how you appear in some sort of sunken ship. very awesome.
