Just found a list of notes about some changes in the F&F test from a Chinese wow forum.
Quite trustworthy imo. But hey, you know it's just alpha so...
Anyway i'm trying to translate them.

I mean real bad

- Lvling goblin from 1 to 15 is full of fun. Lots of giant chicken, zombie goblin, tons of rockets and rockets and rockets. Easter egg and parody such as "Dawn of the Dead", "Silent Hill", "Blade Runner".
- I will introduce more when the NDA is removed. Now let's get back to the change of the old world.
- Starting quests for gnome & troll are completely renewed. Besides, the newbie quests of human & undead introduce the most of the current world affair. Except the two "Forgotten" races, actually all the races will enjoy a new starting experience.
- The airport behind Ironforge is now opened as a low level quest hub, there are quests lead us to there.
- Though the garden of Stormwind is destroyed, most of the expended area are now in use, for instance, the graveyard.
- There is now flight point in Goldshire Town.
- There is a low level quest area north to the lake in Loch Modan for gnome, but there is no npc at the moment.
- Starting area for troll, Echo Isles.
- There is a ruined alliance basecamp, as well as a neutral goblin town in Swamp of Sorrow.
- The southern part of Blasted Land is an area controlled by Gilnes npc. Dreadmaul hold is now captured by the horde.
- Sentinel Hill has been upgraded to a stronghold.
- The road connecting Mulgore and Southern Barren is shut down by the great gate. Tauren players now have to leave Mulgore from northwest through a quest.
- Wars are now everywhere in Ashenvale. There is a new horde camp in the northern part.
- The portal of Rut'Theran Villlage and Danassus no longer works. You can only get to the Rut'Theran Villlage which is shattered apart by flight point from Danassus.
- The transport in Dustwallow Marsh have been greatly improved. A straight way to Theramore. And a road from Mudsprocket to Thousand Needle.
- Reason behind: Warmachine are sent from Theramore to invaded horde territories, creating great tension in Southern Barren and Durotar. You can see a lot of Warship in Durotar and Southern Barren, and some pirates trying to plunder a burning house.
- No more race car in shimmering flats...The age of race boat has come!
- Northeast part of Tanaris is flooded. Locals are now living in the expended Gadgetzan.
- Vashj'ir is not at the maelstrom actually. It's located at western Wetland.
- Menethil Harbor is still running, but houses are reinforced by sandbags. Currently it's under attack by the Darkiron Dwarf. Lots of NPCs gather at the northern camp.
- There is now flight point in Dun Modr.
- A small Dwarven harbor/farm appeared at the eastern corner of Arathi.
- Light's Hope Champel is reinforced by walls. Towers in Eastern Plagueland are recaptured by Argent Dawn, and the ecology in the area is starting to recover.
- The middle part of Westfall have been connected to the Air Elemental Dimension. Tons of "air elemental MKII" patrolling around. Gravity fails to work.
- There is a gnome teleporting machine, and a gnome town in the eastern Westfall.
- The lake in Loch Modan dried up.
- There's is a lot of capturable towers in Southern Barren. If you try to capture the flag in the tower, enemy npc will spawn and attack you. After successful capture, friendly npc will spawn, and wall appear to protect the flag.
- Most of the pirates in barrens are replaced by Theramore soldiers.
- The Theamore navy are invading Durotar, territories have greatly expended. And its now very close to Orgrimmar.
- There are giant elementals around the vocalno craters in Ashenvale.
- There are blackdragon flights in Stonetalon Mountains. Also a faceless stayed on the stonetalon peak and trying to pwn the adventurers with his tentacles.
- Sinces there is new enemies arise in Desolace, both alliance and horde moved their basecamp. The Cenarion Council once again come to the right place at the right time.
- The number of Nagas in Desolace increased amazingly and they can now be found even in the middle of Desolace.
- Lots of corrupted Furbolg appeared in the southwest part of Teldrassil.
- There is now flight point in Dolanaar.
- Andorhal is now in conflict between alliance and the forsaken. Poor Araj is in the middle of the fight. He'll probably get removed in the next build.
- There is a road controlled by dwarf connecting Hinterland and Arathi Highland together.
- There is also a long long road connecting Burning Steppes and Swamp of Sorrow.
- Oh yes, Old Blanchy finally died.
- Talonbranch Glade in Felwood is no longer a small building. Now its a huge ancient. There is a platform nearby for flight point and npc, something like the flight point in moonglade and other night elf style area.
- Feathermoon Stronghold is destroyed, but don't worry, a new one is built.
- Silithus, no change at all, really.
- Despite Gorrosh warned Sylvannas not to use Plague Weapon stuffs anymore, it seems that our queen will keep using them to attack Gilnes.
