From the angle the zepp tower is viewed at, it seems more like it was taken from Brill, facing toward Undercity. I guess UC is not the only thing in tirisfal getting an upgrade.

The two first looks amazing.
The third one is good, but sadly due to the character modles it looks not as good.
If nature looks like the first two not even the "BETTAR GRAPHIX PLSSS!" people can be disapointed (now just watch me get disapointed about them not being disapointed).

You need to remember that when they post spoilers or aren't even in beta not everything is completed, remember when blood elves were still night elf models reskinned? So they will probably be updating models, because I can remember that a GM joked/spoiled that Dwarf females need a remodel but I can't remember where the source was

The Forsaken town is most likely Brill, judging from what I can see it will be fortified (Wohoo), there'll be Forsaken Blight thingies around (Kor'kron not doing such a great job, perhaps?) and well, judging from the outline of the building on the left.. That's not the Gallow's End or any other Brill building, that's one of our buildings from Northrend! I could be wrong though.

They most likely won't be updating the old models that much. You might see some more polies added to smooth out certain parts or help the skinning out, but don't expect reworks or revamps of them.
Just don't want you to get your hopes up.

For those people out there playing on highest settings, are these screens a graphical upgrade or do they just give me the wauw effect because I have every setting dimmed to the lowest? :/

Well every screenshot so far besides Blasted Lands one has looked quite average to me, not a graphical update on those atleast.
Shiny water makes big difference though.

Q: Will there be any updates to the graphics and changes to the minimum system requirements?
A: Yes, there will be incremental tweaks and updates to the graphics engine in this expansion. For example, we’ve made improvements to the way that water is rendered. We’ll announce the exact system requirements closer to the expansion’s release.
