Conjurer's Classes, Come Along! - Jan 17th
Summary of Conjurer's Classes, Come Along!: "The second lesson following the initiative of educating the Alliance's arcanists followed a different path this week. In place of the defensive arts, the archmage shared his knowledge on the creative arts; the ability to create matter from thought - Conjuration.
Over the evenings course, students would learn the ability to create a mimicry of existing natural creatures. The chosen being to be replicated was a small rabbit, native to the Elwynn forest. Some pupils had better results than others. Scholars over-looking the lesson from the confines of Stormwind's librarium swear that they spotted a dragon-winged rabbit in the garden, a result of one student-groups spell gone awry.
The group task was not quite what anybody had expected, and sounded more fitting for a tailor or interior designer. Archmage Serpentine gave the students a set amount of time, then asked them to create a small living room by magically fabricating the components one by one. Surprisingly, though suffering the collapse of Monrena Scaletail, they succeeded; conjuring an assortment of pillows, rugs, furniture and even four small walls - and a door!
A Discourse on Abjuration - Jan 10th
A group activity involved the class banding together, attempting to create a group barrier through application of their knewly learned arcana. Unfortunately, their un-even levels of varying expertise caused the immaterial shield to raise on one end then fall on the other; not unlike a poorly baked cake."

Students, or individuals who wish to participate must be within the Stormwind Mages Tower - lobby area, the room where High Sorcerer Andromath guards the inner sanctum - by seven tolls of the bell, some leeway will be granted. Awendra Clearstone will then escort students to the selected venue.

- This following Thursday evening, Archmage Arenfel Serpentine of the Kirin-Tor will be holding a lecture within the city of Stormwind into the arcane art of conjuration. Those wishing to attend should take note of the details bellow, and prepare themselves accordingly for an exercise in magic.
Those who wish to attend are encourage to take note of these requirements:
- A beginners grasp on Arcane lore and spell-craft, those with little to no knowledge are however not discouraged from attending.
- A pad of paper and writing utensil, may be provided for those without the necessary funds.
- One wand or staff, with a working focus crystal. Temporary replacements provided for those with extraneous circumstances.
- Students must be able to enter and remain within the city of Stormwind on a legal basis.
This lesson will cover:
- The teaching of several apprentice level and intermediate spells, within the school of Conjuration.
- A discourse on the nature and implementation of Conjuration in a world where the arcane is growing ever more available.
- Ways the craft can be used in practical situations, covering a brief segment on problem solving.
- Practical demonstrations, those under the age of legal consent must present confirmation from a guardian to take part.

- Ways the craft can be used to keep yourself, and others from harm wrought by an abuse of magic.
- Practical demonstrations, those under the age of legal consent must present confirmation from a guardian to take part.

Students, or individuals who wish to participate must be within the Stormwind Mages Tower - lobby area, the room where High Sorcerer Andromath guards the inner sanctum - by seven tolls of the bell, some leeway will be granted. Archmage Serpentine will then escort students to the selected venue.

Those who wish to improve their knowledge and application of this lucid craft should read bellow, and appear at the listed location at the appropriate time.
Those who wish to attend are encourage to take note of these requirements:
- A beginners grasp on Arcane lore and spell-craft, those with little to no knowledge are however not discouraged from attending.
- A pad of paper and writing utensil, may be provided for those without the necessary funds.

This lesson will cover:
- An explaination of transmutation, and its practical uses.
- The teaching of several beginner, and novice level transmutation spells. Such as blink, or minor polymorph.
- Ways the arcane can bend and change the natural properties of Azeroth, to overcome hazardous and life-threatening situations.
- Proper portal and teleportation safety!

I want to have it feel more like an event, than an actual lesson. We study enough as is, with the majority of players seemingly being students of some sort.
As a rough estimate, an hour and a half? Maybe less?

Time has been moved back to half past seven, if you want to come along I'd appreciate it if you were a few minutes early as opposed to a few minutes late.
As a side note I am also looking for individuals who would be interested in hosting events in this time slot or fashion for other schools of the arcane, or for any roleplay related to legal magics - don't be shy.

No pattern, it's just what the available player performing the event at the time is comfortable "teaching". Quote en quote, because it's meant to be more of an event than a class; but to answer your question yes, random schools of the arcane.
Mostly, it's meant to be all things arcane. Ranging from schools; to exercises; to history/rolling events and other things such as the handling of magical tools and weapons.
Following the conjuration event, it'll be the latter (unless somebody else would like to host) - use of arcane tools - with Arenfel showing students how to appropriately use their wand (steady there, naughty) and staves; with a light experiment into enchanted swords blah blah.
Anybody is free to come along really, just that arcanists will be the only ones able to partake in the magic... for obvious reasons.
