Yes, yes you do. Sentient races of Azeroth can inter-breed to an extent. Other races cannot. I'm aware there are half-orc, but those were orcs born on Azeroth as far as I am aware.

and draenei orc hybrids can breed with humans and human can breed with the high elves/blood elves/night elves. Trolls can also be thrown in somewhere, possibly with elves. Here's a possible half-orc half troll (maybe that thing we see during Gilneas questline?

Orcs and humans can interbreed. Ogres can breed with orcs and humans.

Source, I doubt those last few years have been enough time for the Draenei to tail around, no matter how hard they try.

Atm I can't find any half-dwarves, half-gnomes or half-tauren.

From my understanding orcs can breed with most races, but due to their dominant genes those races will get mainly orc traits and will be reverred to as half-orcs always.

You could possibly have one-quarter-draenei one-quarter orc, one-quarter-human and one-quarter nelf.

Slight derail, but small rant involving the female form. Before you had super models with eating disorders you had the -true- woman figure, this was big. This was very curvy for what we know today as " beauty " now what people like to forget is that all the pictures you see of stick thing bimbos, are -heavy- photoshop, not just skin touch ups, not just recolouring, actual slimming photos, thinning down frames. You find it even in concept art, the female anatomy is bent and morphed into a delusion.

Here is what the female beauty was, way back when.
