Might be a breach of terms though, I believe it is against naming policy to use existing names of characters or organisations currently in the game.

Simplicity that doesn't make sense, though. Since the organization officially is still called the Kor'kron Guard. Moreover, we're a subdivision of the Kor'kron. Hells to the naw I'm claiming some special position besides Garrosh's throne (scoot over Malkorok!)
