Contact on: Arenfel - as a Dalaran Magi - is considerably old, rumoured to be over a hundred years of age. As a result, he has a wealth of knowledge on history, magic and the world of Azeroth. As with all Arcanists, he possesses a specific school of magic in which he's more proficient: Abjuration, defensive magic.
(Specifically)To Magi: Arenfel can teach the basics of magic, and base/novice level spells across all schools. Advanced lessons can be given, this is only in Abjuration.
To Non-Magi: Much time and research in Arenfel's life has been devoted to crafting and the pursuit of anti-magic techniques, he can provide lessons in resisting magic when used as a weapon for those under threat by malicious magi; craft tools such as wands, mageblades/runeblades and staves.
To those who would abuse magic: He can give you a nice room in the Violet Hold!
Known IC affiliations: Primarily: Dalaran, serving the Alliance through the Silver Covenant as proxy.
Wealth level: Arenfel seldom accepts monetary payment for his services, the only exception being the crafting aspects of his work. Usually, slight compensation will be asked for to complete construction of tools made from exceptionally dangerous/rare materials.
