TRP2
Not sure if anyone here knows about this or not but I found this announcement on TRP2's website.
Currently TRP2 does not work at all for Pandaren and it seems from this that we can't expect an update for it from the source any time soon.
Are there any patches made for it by other players that anyone is aware of?
EDIT:
As sod's law goes, I saw the TRP bug fix thread -after- posting this...however, it still appears that TRP2 has been dropped or 'hibernated'. Also, the bug fix there was (to my knowledge) for a different problem. So...yeah...
Dear roleplayers,
As you can see the forums are closed. As I don't have time and/or motivation to spare for TRP2 anymore, I decided to close it all.
The Mist of pandaria bêta didn't convince me, and I refuse to pay for "that". Total RP 2 will work at 95% with MoP despite the fact that it will be marked as "out of date".
I will not come back to Wow until it runs free-to-play. in other words : not soon.
I am not "quitting" TRP2. It is just hibernating.

My fiancè is a programmer. He 'fixed' trp2 last time after patch 5.0.4.
If reports are given to me about errors occurring, he *might* be able to fix it, but I shall not promise anything.

44 minutes too late. Was gonna say, yer fiancé did a damn fine job last time. With any luck if errors arise he can be a saviour again!

Actually, if you go to install it through Curse, it says it is updated and works fine. Anyway, haters gonna hate, as usual, in reference of all the spite against MoP which took another victim, in this case the TRP2 creator.

Wait, I'm confused. Will this or won't this work with my pandaren? Do I need to download any additional fixes?

It doesn't work -at all- for the pandaren race.
Haven't seen any fixes for it yet, and that bastard can screw himself for saying MoP wasn't convincing.
HOW CAN HE LIKE CATA AND NOT MoP???

Well, I guess we'll just have to use MRP, then.

Re: TRP2
Tried MRP while TRP2 didn't work for me, and I found it honestly bland. Great use of interface and such, feels very 'attached' to Blizz standard UI(while TRP feels always like 'something more') but misses much of TRP personalization, it is too much restrictive.
This. MoP feels very WoW-y and, being a 'Cata-boy', I feel very entertained in questing there, much more than in Cata zones(which I've never been able to finish).Haven't seen any fixes for it yet, and that bastard can screw himself for saying MoP wasn't convincing.

Re: TRP2
My problem with TRP(and TRP2) was always the 50 fully unneeded functions. Hell, I thought MRP had to much bloat compared to the addon I used in TBC and early wrath (that I've now forgotten the name off)

Hmm, that it was. Before it became too cluttered in Wrath.

I have no idea what that is.
Anyway, I'll miss the extra fluff you get in trp2 I think. Hopefully it gets revived somehow.

0.o And here I thought I knew everything to do with TPR2... Why the heck does it have a feature for that and as I am now curious...
What kind of feature is it?

I'd rather ask how he seems to be the only one who knows about it. Though ya curiosity here as well... what kind of feature?

I think it's the option to set your' character's personality to 19 (max) in lustful, as opposed to chaste, which for some is a clear hint. That or 'sigh' sounds. Feel free to correct me!

I leveled a char on Argent Dawn once and saw a Goldshire toon with their TRP Flag RP Style set to "Mature". I figure this is it.

Mature is specifically an ERP flag, yes. Of course, seeing as "mature" has many connotations (adult/mature content is more than just sex, afterall), it's rather vague. I personally used it until someone told me it was actually specifically implemented for ERPers. -.-
I think MRP has that tag as well, though?

Waaait, 'mature' does not translate to 'I will not mix IC and OOC, be a drama queen and QQ about emotes not being fair?'
Good to know >.>

Re: TRP2
Though I find it more amusing to have people guessing, I'll admit that was a slight exaggeration on my part. Still, the sighing/moaning sounds and the status tag does lightly rustle my jimmies, the many features of which makes the addon too memory-heavy for my preference. To each their own of course though.
Re: TRP2
There's a mature toggle? Never seen one. Not that I'd ever want it.

Re: TRP2
Blizzard should just add it into the character menu.. xD I mean, we have RP servers right? why not an RP tab? But yeah.. I use MRP I like it's simple profile ^^
