The Times of Yvonne Shadowfall

Yvonne Shadowfall was born in Gilneas 16 years before its fall, her parents were cultists, and she was born for one purpose, and one only, to house the soul of a succubus, if they could use a human temptress, then more would succumb to there will.. she lived a normal childhood however, befriending a young boy named kris, in which they spent many happy hours talking and playing together, becoming great friends. However she came of age at sixteen, and was kidnapped by cultists supporting her parents caused, for years they housed her, forced the succubus inside her to take its toll, training took by her sister, Broyxia. however as Broxyias master died, when yvonne was twenty, her rage destroyed half the complex, causing a band of local druids to rescue her, shutting the succubus away, they trained her in some of the arcane ways, yvonne not remembering her thing about her past. However, the succubus took action again and killed the druids, using her mind to forge a false past, so she could work without interruption from yvonnes true consciousness. However after a while of working in stormwind, buying a house with some charm and money, she fell in love with her childhood friend, kris. This shut the succubus inside Yvonne, kris thinking it was just her feral personality at work, taught her to control it, and it worked. Then she met godric the love of her life to come.. Shadowfall had plans..that would change the lives of them both forever..

A rough story of yvonnes past, i will keep adding bits and peices in so you know her full lore, this is just a summary of her past and how some of her present roleplay came to place, if you have and questions do not hesitate to ask in game, as there is mountains more of lore for her, ane nowhere near enough room to be added over the space i had to write this small passage

Chapter two: The heart of shadow

Her life seemed good, perfect even... but oh how it was far from it..

Yvonne had started doing murderous deeds. things she couldnt even remember doing, until one faithful night, her friend Jennifer Direstone uncovered the true meaning of Yvonnes Plans, she found Shadowfall, a succubus bent on ruining her life as much as possible, taking over her body only taking place when her mind is weak. however word slowly spread round and Godric, Yvonnes love planned to extract her using his runeblade.

Shadowfall, sensing her impending death, stuck herself into the body of one of her sisters, implanting her sister into hers, and when godric did the faithful deed, Her sister was stuck in the runeblade.. and Shadowfall still remained at large..

Shadowfall wanted revenge, to ruin the lives of them both.. and her new body gave her the capibilities to do just that. One day Godric encountered the angered demon, sensing her presence, and found her looking at an orb , looking at yvonne. Later they found out she was forming a process, if she couldnt take her body for her own..she would transfer her own body into a demonic form. Yvonne sensing the transformation hid it under a red hood, although it was soon uncovered by Therodain, chased out the city she hid, moving across the scape, searching for a legendary machine, set to cleanse a person, although that wasnt the case..

Moving from camp to camp, the darkness taking over her, she locked part of her soul in a soulstone, realising her gift was in fact a blessing, and not a curse, arriving at the machine, she released her true intentions, escaping with the machine after using its power for her own. As she took the machine, she started using the power from the tornade nearby to power the machines energies, in hope of restoring more power to herself, although after a battle at its core, Godric pierced the machine, taking his own life, and in its destruction the machine withdrew all her powers, returning her to her normal self.. but is this really the end of yvonnes darkness... only time will tell..

A rough transcription of yvonnes storyline as i yet again did not have enough time to make it as detailed or clear as i had wanted, if there is anything you are unclear about please dont hesitate to whisper me in game, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Chapter III - Reborn

After the events of westfall, Yvonne, Her love Craig, Jess and Marcus ventured out to the remote island of theramore, to seek training from a mage Gelbin that was taking residence on the island at the time. Yvonne, seeking to peak her magic in the lighter side, quickly accepted to this training and so did Marcus, as the old mentor knew about his parents.

As the training progressed, the two students learned a lot about harnessing the many powers that arcane has to hold, and to use them effectively. Things seemed to be going smoothly, until one night a shadowy guest was seen through her window, Craig walked in and seen the mysterious guest, followed him to the marsh, to a camp which the guest had swiftly killed all its residents. Craig, eager to question asked the guest of his origin, to which he replied that his name was Eldrin Shadowfall, the father to Yvonne, and the current leader of the Demons Flame cult, which is many the reason of yvonnes dark past.

Gelbin, wondering of the duos whereabouts, followed there route into the marsh finding the demonic father attempting to take Craigs life, after a battle with the demon Gelbin got restrained, in which then an image of Yvonne emerged from the treeline, and plunged her dagger into the old gnomes chest, leaving Craig very frustrated. After returning to the inn, it turns out the the image that was there was that of Yvonnes dream, and out of anger of being shouted at by the mentor had dreamed this occurance, not knowing this had actually went off in the present.

Eldrin, however, had plans for his daughter, calling his most trusted friend onto the scene, named Leo, he planned for him to turn Yvonne over to the darkness, so all his friends could suffer when they knew she had walked out willingly. After the agent, named George, and Dothan, bent the young girl to the will, she planned to fake her death the day after, and then take her rightful place to lead the demons flame to victory.

The day after, Yvonne died, or so his friends thought, Leo in fact transported her to a remote place in the barrens, to tend to her wound and bring her somewhere safe, after taking refuge in the fortress of Bael Modan, Yvonne started slipping into a state of madness and paranoia , killing most of the residents inside the stronghold, turning some of them into a state of complete madness.

After this Leo and her left the place, moving across the continent to reach menethil harbour, travelling and taking refuge in Thelsamar, in which on the way she learnt more of her family history and that of her bloodline. Once reaching Thelsamar however, she projected a message through a pendant she had given Craig long ago, the remaining part of care she had to tell him how much she loved him, and how sorry she was for leaving him, ending the message after that.

Eldrin, watching continuously as her daughters love suffered, was caught by the man, and put into capture, after telling him the location, only to see how he was when he seen how his love had become, they travelled to Bael Modan, to find writing in blood covering the walls, about how she had treated them, and the horrors she had bought across some of the workers.

Craig returned to stormwind, trying to find a mysterious draenei woman known only by the name 'shary' who could help Yvonne draw herself from the darkness. They talked and she agreed to help the man, travelling to ironforge and taking refuge, waiting for Yvonne to reach there grasps..

As Yvonne reached the dwarven city of ironforge also, knowing that it would be hopeless for anyone to stop her.. can this darkened woman ever be changed.. find out in the next chapter to see if The light will ever be with her again.

Chapter IV: The Wadohs

After an encounter with her friends in ironforge, she escaped to stormwind, gathering the help of Lexi while doing this, taking rest in darkshire. Dotwolf, a helper of hers appeared and asked her of help, he needed help finding something, so the three ventured to an ogre den in darkshire, then travelling to the swamp of sorrows, not knowing what followed them.

As they entered, they had Felby and Lexi scout the perimeter as Dothan and Yvonne started the ritual, although preston, following them from duskwood, caught up and got captured, as the device opened a voidwalker appeared, Dothan and Yvonne used this chance to escape, however the two were hot on there tail, they got chased to durwich in blasted lands, Now with her love Craig on her back.

As the chase ended in surwich, a battle took place, Craig knocking Yvonne out with pints help and taking her to the maximum security prison on Alcaz island, where she was locked up, and forced the darkness to get out of her, as doing this she gained a hate for this newly named Wadohs, learning during her capture that her cult had been at conflict with this former organisation for many years.

Yvonnes friend, arrived later on, using her strong will of the light to try and draw the darkness from her, although it seemed to have worked, whether she has escaped its grasp still remains a mystery, to make precautions, Craig found out to be an ex member, placed bounds on her, restricting her from using shadow magic, although causing her pain while this was on.

From The now deceased Felby, they learnt of a Ymijar Warlord who was one of the many leaders who still remained alive, residing in Grizzly hills, so the adventurers struggled across the icy waters to the continent of northrend, meeting over Members along the way, including the sneaky Jinxy Jim, who helped them across the continent.

Reaching Grizzly hills, they encountered the warlord, who Yvonne immediately took a dislike to, although Lexi convinced this former leader to rechange the codex, and start up the order once more, and to meet them at alcaz to do so. The night after this, Craig received a visit from Eldrin, warning him that doing this would result in the conflict resuming, and that they would surely win over the Wodahs this time, before dissappearing.

As they returned to the island, yvonne felt a sense of fear, being tortured inside the prison not giving her a very good feeling of it. But however the codex was successfully changed, although Yvonne refused any sort of affiliation with the Wadohs, and her bonds were broken by Craig. Arokthan also tried to kill Lexi during this event, although it resulted in the warlock being stuck in chains, a fate seemingly all dark users shared who entered the Wadoh domain.

They currently have returned to stormwind, the marriage impending, but however the cult is still at large, will the darkness influence her once more, will The wadohs interfere with there plans, is this truly the end?

Again hadnt had much time to do this in, but i hope this gives you an insight on the current events of my roleplay, if you want anymore detail dont fret to ask me in game, and ill be looking forward to placing another chapter in soon!
