In seven days the 3rd meeting of the Silvermoon Council will be held. The location and time stay the same, nine bells in the evening in the Blood Knight Temple.
So far there is only one agenda point:
Supreme Judge Aishling Silversun on the prisoner exchange treaties.

If someone wishes to add another point, please inform the council at the most two days before the next meeting.

Resulting from the lack of councilors and other council affiliated individuals, little was achieved in the regard of prisoner exchange treaties.
However there were enough councilors to give a passing vote in favor of allowing Farstriders (of the Farstrider rank and up) to apprehend thieves. If a Blood Knight is near, the Blood Knight has seniority in the situation.

I may want to add a point to the Council meeting, but I am not quite sure yet if I am able to be present tomorrow. I will send you some material on what Emrys is working on today or tomorrow so you will have something to go on either way ^^ and if at all possible, and I cannot make it tomorrow, I would like to speak to you about it IC at a slightly later date!

Looks like I'll miss my first one tonight. I've just been ambushed for the pub, and my willpower is weak.

I take note and add them either as an extra to/or in the announcement of the next meeting.

Only some talking about the prisoner exchange thing, a reminder about Emrys' Religion enquiry and a remind on the Horde Arcane Conclave.
