Thats what I imagine every Forlorn Cartel Gnome to sound like. Mwahahaha.Norrian/Chezz wrote:Gnome quotes!
And, of course, I preferred Fable:The Lost Chapters on PC, mostly since it added a few extra bits for people. Fable 2 was meh, Fable 3 was a bit better, but far too short. I mean, just about ALL the King/Queen bits were court dealings. Pretty much.

I was hoping for really good hard choices but it became to black or white, EVUL decision = gain money GOOD GUY decision = lose money. I know being the good guy is the tougher road but it was so static and the choice system could have been sooooooo much better. Zero Punctuatation really got it right when reviewing it.

What's with all the negative comments? It looks like a whole lot of fun! If only I had a Kinect.

Yeah it actually does. I guess Kinect has a stigma or whatever, not much good has come of it.

Same thing as the Wii. There may be a couple of good games, but the only thing anyone ever makes for motion-control systems is Fitness and Party games. Nobody will take this way of control seriously until actual games overtake gimmicky casual games.
For the record I dislike Fable: The Journey because it's an on rails magic shooter, and isn't what I wanted Fable 1 to evolve into.

Re: Fable
I like Fable 1, the aesthetics of Fable 3 (not 2 because always so fat ;_; ), Skyrim if I had enough money for it on PC (fun on xbox but need mods :3), Super MNC, Guild Wars 2 especially now the RP community there loves me, the fact I'm spending the next 6 months in The Netherlands hopefully, these oatcakes I'm eating right now, ice cream, everything remotely related to vikings, Millies cookies, the pile of female clothes in my room, my laptop in comparison to what I had before, you, most people in this community except Corleth, the awesome people I met on other games, CATS, KITTENS, kittens in baskets, turtles, snow...

See the first post, tit.
In addition, to me it's like what that bird with the hairy pits is to you. A .. sexual fantasy. No. Though I probably would kidnap Stephen Fry, tie him up naked in the living room and force him to role play Reaver while I squeal.

Re: Fable
Lionhead get some of the greatest British voices in the fable serious but I can't help but really dislike the games.
I loved the first one (ignored the hype).
The second one I was drawn into the hype and was utterly disappointed.
The third I didn't believe one word of the hype and was fairly smug when it lived up to my negative expectations.
The storyline and lore are excellent, so are the characters. But absolutely everything else about the series drags it down. They are too short.
I hate how they always describe the games as 'vibrant.' The only one I truly found vibrant was the first one. The other two were just slivers of map with a few NPCs chucked in.
I know the dog was cute and all but seriously....what was the point of it in the second one?
INB4 Y SO BITTER?!

It found treasure for you, fought with you, executed downed enemies for you, was a companion, a gimicky/collectible past-time with training it, learned tricks, levelled up and provided a difficult decision in the end. Enough reasons there to warrant it existing, plus.. I loved that little barky bastard :'(

No matter how many times the game was patched my dog was useless.
All he did was find treasure and do tricks. He never attacked anyone, never executed enemies. He would just stand about in a fight or bark at people. This happened on every toon I played. The dog didn't work for any of my friends either. :/
My favorite quote from Peter M: "You're dog will be unique, no two dogs will look the same."
...All dogs looked the same.
All good heroes had Golden Dogs, all evil had Black dogs.

Re: Fable
I swear the dog didn't even change in Fable 3.
Lionhead have an amazing art team but god, they need a complete rework on the core game. And to make it open world, or at least expand zone sizes 1000%; having linked tiny zones with lots of loading screens feels so inefficient.

I just think the development team should spend longer on the games. It feels like to me they spend all there money on the voice actors.
