It isn't a definitive name for Druids, there are several names. Harvest Cleric is more or less what Mikhael refers to himself, but as the only named NPC to partake in Druidism on the Gilnean side is Celestine of the Harvest - and she is - for all intents in purposes a "Harvest Witch," it's a little bit grey on the male counterpart.

Harvest Warlock sounds kind of... evil :c
