Maybe not a hero, but you're also victimising yourself by calling out unfair treatment when my assessment of Shakiri's attitude to criticism was likened to you suggesting that the only way to deal with disagreements was to commit Jihad on your peers.

I realise I am not very good at sugarcoating my opinions as other people on these boards (read: Vaell writing "Aggitated" instead of "Cockface"), and I don't plan to suddenly develop a whole lot of skill in that particular area. However, I do have a somewhat well developed ability to call out bullshit when I see it, and this "Holier than thou" self-victimisation that certain people around here seem to pull quite a lot triggers that ability.

Did this event really cause you that much pain that you had to comment really? That is my point. Someone is doing something for the server even if it is ooc. What have most of the nay sayers that constantly appear done reciently.

Okay pal, what I said was that people need to stop playing the victim everytime somebody disagrees and realise they aren't somehow elevated to a higher plane of existence just because they're hosting events or defending a minority or what the fuck ever your excuse is. I phrased it as "Your attitude makes my bullshit detector go off".

The original post was an invitation to this event, which was pointed out that it could have been placed somewhere else. Of course i accept this, i merely tried to justify why it was placed here. I only became massively defensive when you started acting like a complete coke snorting dick. (Ixirar) - As for the comment regarding not bothering again, it was directed more of a question than me going into a strop. If it was the general consensus of the community then the point stood. I shall not bother again.

The be all and end of all this entire topic is that it was adequately titled, attend or do not.
