[A] Criminal/religious/anonymous gang (not a guild)

Introduction
I have been thinking of a concept that will offer unique opportunities for character development. In short, this concept revolves around a ragtag gang of hooligans that have found inspiration in the Anethionean faith: its messages of racial supremacy and xenophobia surely must give some of the disgruntled Stormwinders some solace; the rumors of the Arch-bishop abandoning the church are growing stronger by the day and the wishes of Stormwind's citizens are cast aside as dwarves and gnomes seek their fortune in the city -- often driving human proprietor's out of business! To show their dissatisfaction they do not target their noble king, no -- they start to harass the non-humans and their supporters, and anyone that disagrees with the messages contained in the Scripture of Holy Anethion.

Inclusive concept
This concept does not revolve around anybody joining a role-playing guild. In fact, the only thing you need to become a hooligan, is a white bandit mask, faith in Anethion (or just a great deal of racism) and a human (or worgen) character. With the white bandit mask, any hooligan will become a part of the faceless masses of discontented Stormwinders. This has two reasons, firstly to distinguish yourself as a part of the organization. Secondly, a mask will lower the chance of reprimande against your character. After all, we all have a day time job! By day a distinguished war veteran, by night a rebellious thug. Naturally, we will wear no fancy armor and weapons, but simple clothing and clubs or daggers.

Role-playing developments
The plan is to start of a seemingly harmless group of rioters and hooligans that slowly but surely progresses into a terrorist organization with demands that must be met (e.g. Stormwind for humans, installment of Anethionism mainstream religion, resignation of all non-humans in Stormwind government). How this progresses, and even IF it progresses entirely depends on the developments that happen In Character. Additionally, we will not have a 'name' at the start. Our organization's name will be entirely decided upon In Character.

Final thoughts
This will kick off depending on the amount of interest it generates. If you're interested in developing one of your characters as having a double-life, by all means do tag along! It sounds like a fine idea, but is this in accordance with the Chapter of Anethion? This might impact them quite a bit! Never the less, a fun idea and a good way to play on the recent events.

I have talked about it with Osmand and some other members of the Chapter. They are fine with it as far as I can tell. They'll simply publicly condemn any actions of this gang -- or better yet, blame their enemies for inciting this; trying to put them in a bad light.
