As you may have noticed, a pretty good looking woman is handing out money.. As if it's nothing. Well.. It is certainly not nothing. It is yours! She askes you two question, and judged from those question she will donate money to you as a person, or your banner.

I was offered 5k by her a few weeks back and then a rogue pops out of stealth in SW and tries to kill me. I thought it was a plot planned by her, but it was unrelated and made me avoid the money! I regret it now

No, it did not plan it. I'll have her walk the city again tomorrow evening. She'll linger around the Cathedral from 19:00 'till 20:00.
