Just a post F.Y.I. really.

So a sadly neglected part of the Ebon shroud is the Watchers (The living side of the guild). As such we are going to start a new series of mini events that are basicly the Watch and an objective to be done (anything from picking up a package, an assassination, spying, Kidnap and torture). So weekly you will see us out and about doing our thing. All of this will be done IC from scoping out the area, planning and putting it into action.

It is my IC hope that most of this can go under the radar and not get seen, but my OOC hope that this can create RP for all! For now we will be mostly using generic alts and stuff from inside the guild however if you want to get involved with some underhand dirty RP (not in the SMC sense) please let me know! I hope in time to get into bigger plots and stuff with the watch.

This sounds very good. I've missed underhanded and dangerous RP. I'm curious mainly what sort of people they'll be going after and for what reasons. The Watchers are essentially the magic arm of the Shroud, yes? So do they simply go after enemies of the Shroud?

The origional idea was for necromancers and stuff but it hasnt come off like that really, We have plenty of DKs to fill that spot. So the Watchers are a bunch of murderers, ex soldiers, mercenaries and stuff.

As an example we did a dry run in darkshire last night. "Dagger" "Blade" and "Malice" and the FNW. Plan was to remove someone. Blade was possitioned with a rifle as the back up plan, to shoot the mark if Malice was seen smoking. After a tense wait there was no sign so Blade slipped away into the night. The FNW attracted the attention of an inquisitor and led him away from the scene and Dagger did the deed in a nice remote area. (Drowned). After this the Watch scattered and returned to civilian life, until next time.

Led to my chatacter progression and now she's being hunted for being a 'witch'

Sad news... time to shoot her and get the inquisition off our backs

Ooh...curious, is there like, a Horde version of the Ebon Shroud?

Just wondering, cus -that- would make for some awesome RP I would think. Your side trying to take down targets, our side protecting them, and vice versa.

I am really tempted to make a horde Shroud, just it would split my time too much. Perhaps a small unit of watchers horde side... the odd DK too....

I still like the idea of the Horde side Shroud, I mean the floaty deathknight pleasure palace is neutral for brothers in death, right?

Would it not make perfect sense to have a Horde side, I mean once you step out, you more or less stick to loyalties surely?
Also if you plan shenanigins in Kalimdor, around Mulgore naturally, let me know the usual method!

Well, the Death Knights are like an order now aren't they? We all call each other brother and sister, and the fallen blade part is cus, well we're all blades who have fallen at one point or another before becoming Death Knights.

For a horde shroud, just appoint a general to arrange things and meet up with that general every now and then. I'd say one of the infamous Blood Elf DK's will do fine.

I have Horde Lex. So we can do this. Iltharen has already taken the oath so He is Shroud. Will make a DK channel too perhaps.

I know you -can- do it. Just with a horde luitenant you wont have to "stretch" yourself as far
