[H]Addressing the Horde.
IC:
The Ambassador of Quel'thalas was writing on her speech. She listened carefully to what the Sin Belore had to say over their matters. She had a different view, one that was not to be discussed, but to be heard. She sighed. A few days ago the Knight-Lady of the Blood Knights told her of a plan that both Sin Ashal Nessra Sunbinder and she agreed on, and it was just Aishling that was in the way...
"Maybe I was just not cut out for this..."
She wrote two speeches, one in Thalassian and one in Orcish, adressing the current state of Quel'thalas. Her wand, which she used as a quill, wrote the text in felgreen letters. As she sighed the last speech she looked at the pile of letters she wrote.
"It seems it is time..."
She looked at one of the many people that crowded the magisterium. She snapped her finger, and a messenger came to her.
"Messenger, I have a few letters I need you to deliver. This one is to the Regent-Lord of our glorious people. Where-ever he goes, so does the Grand-Magister, for whom I have a letter as well. I would like you to deliver this one to his office."
She pointed at the two red letters, with both her initials on her back wrapped in a golden ribbon. On the front she wrote the receipients, so the messenger knew which letter to give to whom.
"And these..." she pointed at the five other letters, "Are for the Ambassadors of our cause in the other Horde cities. I hope they will adress the other members of the Horde, because I need them to hear what I have to say as well. They might want to know what Silvermoon is up to."
"And as for these..." The last letters had the signature of the Sin'dorei on them. "Are for the people of Quel'thalas. You know best who to adress, but I can imagine a letter to the other factions, as to the bars and seperate units, are good places to give these. They are adressed to nobody in particular, and I trust you to spread the word."
The messenger looked at the pile of messages, and sighed. "Ofcourse Ambassador... I shall see to it that they come at the places you wanted."
"Before next monday!"
The messenger just nodded and left.

OOC:
This is an event of an hour, maybe even half an hour or so, but I hope alot of Horde units will join so that you can... "mingle with the crowd".
It might be fun to listen to the Ambassador and agree or disagree on the view of the Sin'dorei. Everything they do seems to have a double agenda as well, and I will make sure my "speech" will have those as well. I will not yet say what I have to say, but I have already caused some controversy in Silvermoon, might as well create some more.
I plan to hold this speech:
Monday 20 februari 20:30 server time(So GMT+1) at the Blood Knight HQ (As it is one of the few places with a small stage, and it is at the Farstriders Square).
I hope for all of you to be there, and let us hope I can spark some good RP in Silvermoon!

*Cough* Depending on timing of the Dead Scar event over the weekend, I'd consider holding the collected Horde caravan in Silvermoon as late as monday... Might give you a better chance to cover more of the Horde in your address?
