its worth spending 150 euro or so on a pair of quality sennheiser or akai headphones, i couldnt believe the difference when i first got a pair, songs that you thought you knew sounded way better

Had a good time talking to the Belkin support bloke, sharing a large laugh at the ridiculously shit knowledge that the Virgin tech support people have.

As a side note, how did one of their technicians show up at my house to fix my tivo box and somehow break the internet to the point where their call centre techs could claim my router was broken?
