Some college work I did, this is my eyes. Was for an autobiography project, and I've always been told my eyes are the most distinguishing feature about me so yeah! Sorry, it's huge. (giggidy)

I LOVE your use of colours ... it's fantastic. And the eyes are just like mesmerizing. There's something quite soft and innocent about them, almost angel like.

Good luck!!! I'm sure you'll get in hopefully, although I knnow what a pain it can be trying to get your portfolio ready :/ A lot of my friends applied to art courses in the UK, it's so insanely competitive there uff!

Yeah it is, it's like out of every 100 people that apply they pick ten! T_T
some people in my course have already had word back, unlike myself so I doubt I'll be getting in, but if I don't I'll just re-apply next year anyway.

No, don't say that!!! No news is still good news! The course I applied to has an applicant to place ratio of about 20:1, so it's pretty competitive as well but perhaps not as competitive as most art courses. My friend applied to the same course, and had to wait four months before hearing back from one of her universities, and she got good news!!!

So don't lose hope yet, there's still a chance. And what's Design Communications, exactly? o.o

I'm not really that bothered to be honest, I just came out of 7 years of working my ass off in school, and if I get accepted I'll go into 4 more years of working my ass off, then working my ass off to get a job but ah well.

And Des Com focuses on Photography, Illustration and Graphic design, which is basically the people who design advertisements, book covers, magazines, compamy logo's etc. Everything that's used in the media. They can also be freelance too, but I quite fancy being a writer then doing my own illustrations for my books covers.

We ain't got nobody to play him yet, and he'll probably be age appropriate for RP when MoP comes out, time skip involved or not, and if anyone wants to bitch about that you can suck my dick.
if anyone wants to RP him for us by that time, let me know. obviously some important requirements will have to be met

He's meant to have Quin's over all appearance and Zalissa's curly hair + glacier blues.

No offence but do you really expect someone rping a young character to age with real years? It's just not possible. When I first made Zalissa in TBC she was a kid. I met loads of people ICly and I can actually say that she met them when she was young and actually have a history instead if just saying so. It's much better IMO. Although I do understand if people make a young character and in a matter of weeks they're an adult, but as I said you can't expect people to use actual real OOC time. If that was the case Zalissa would still be like 15 odds, and Vinian wouldn't exist.

I do, actually. But I'm an immersion whore like that. My characters age once a year, on a specific birthdate. Saphra is 20 now, and will be 21 later this year, 22 the year after, etc. Assuming I play that long.

If my characters were to have children, then I'd have the baby age realistically likewise. Hence why I typically avoid it, because it's such a hassle to be dealing with an annoying toddler in your RP for years on end. Did it once, never again.
