Ps3, Xbox or PC
Skyrim - Xbox,Ps3,PC!!!!!!
So if you got it or getting it, which platform? Curious to see really. Also a reason why would be nice.
PC as I've been a pc gamer first and for rpgs I always go pc as it feels better. Plus mods in the future.

There is no reason to get it on anything that isn't a PC. Better graphics, better controls, and most importantly: mods.

Tbh, the only games I really want for consoles are beatthemups, platformers, J-RPGs and Zelda games...
Otherwise PC has so many better options for controls and mods.
I didn't buy Skyrim, if I had I would have gotten it for PC.

Yes this. pritty much his hit the hammer on the nail there. Ow also (in the uk anyway) pc games are cheaper then buying their xbox or ps3 counter parts.

I don't see why you would play any game on consoles. Especially FPS.
Consoles are better, as Muzjhath said, for singleplayer games such as Zelda or perhaps Super Mario. I mean, as a "pro" FPS player, I tried Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox 360 at my cousins house after playing it for 350 hours on my Steam account. It was -so- simple. What the fuck is up with auto-aim, can't these people aim properly?
Im not getting Skyrim since;
1. Havn't played Elder Scrolls.
2. Im not a fan of singleplayer games. (Although Mass Effect is God in that genre, hands down.)
3. Im broke.
4. I have decision problems, if I had one more game then I'd have one MORE choice of what to play.
5. You just spent time reading this, huehuehue.
6. Just for teh lulz;

Normally I'd be getting it on PC, however since I'm moving around a lot between my house and my parents house for work, I can use the XboX in both to play it by just taking my hard drive with me.
Mind I haven't got the money yet, so this may change and I'll have it on PC by the time I come to buy it.

Tbh, that picture above is due to having an Xbox 360 on a bad TV.
I recently switched my Xbox from the a bit more than ten year old big lighttube TV in my room (28") to the fancy LED flatscreen upstairs (40"+).
Going from some crappy resolution to 1080p was basicly magic. I could suddenly use the Minimap in games for more than random direction!

PC, got to play 20 minutes before school.
I thought i'd have to nerf the settings to obvlivion (hurr durr) to be able to play it, but no, it looked nice enough and ran decently on the standard setting.
Just arrgh at all the things obviously console (enter, tab?! fuck you I'll just click!) and the camera speed (how fast you look around) i had to turn all the way up to 11.

Also, the speed you look around with is just.. horrid.

PS3. If there is a choice, I usually go for the console option. I love chillin' out on my couch with a decent glass of wine and enjoy some video games on my TV. Sure, there is a bit of a graphic difference, but I'm not that picky.

PC absolutely. Mods and better graphics.
Also you can always plug in a XBAWKS controller and play it with that on PC if you want.

I've started a female orc archer, who dabbles with her shield and axe when required. She looks pretty cool, got some red war markings. Just defeated a bunch of undead and got back the golden claw for the merchant.. whilst convincing his sister to marry a norn and not a silly wood elf!

Khajiit sneak! If they survive my stealthed arrow, I smack 'em about with dual wield daggers when they get close. Black cat, white cheetah-esque markings and a scarred face. <3
Gonna make a dark elf hell bent on setting the world on fire next.

XBOXCONTROLLER. Playing skyrim with mouse + keyboard felt retarded.
I still voted PC though since its masterrace

Damn console controllers.
You are aware that the reason you can't block when dual wielding anything but a shield is because there were not enough buttons on controllers to do that?
