Brother has been getting bullied last 2 months. Taunted by about 5 dudes repeatedly, they're all about 13-14 and bigger then him. They pushed him over after school on tuesday while I was there and I told them to leave him alone, they didn't care. Found the main kid's dad, told him that his son is bullying mine, asked him to make him leave my brother alone. Brother gets more shit the next day, and told the main bully isn't afraid of me and his dad didn't give a shit. After school today I was with my brother and they taunted both of us and told me his dad didn't care at all. I chased the main bully down pushed him off his bike, picked him up and shouted in his face to scare him off, and of course make it clear to leave my fucking brother alone, not actually hitting the dude. He runs home, cries to parents, they freak and tell school, and then my parents get called about half an hour later.

Though even if I do get suspended, if my brother is left alone, then I'd say that's a victory.

I remember one person who were after my brother also tried to bully me in school when i was like 7-9 i laughed in his face and he stopped after that towards me, naturally i told my brother and then all hell broke loose, this bully tried to act all innocent but people just tend to believe me more. The bully got fucked.

Many years later this bully tried to cause shit with my brother in a bar, but we have family in that bar so.. The bully got tossed out Very Happy

From my limited schoolyard experience, I bet the bully's talk about his dad not giving a damn is most likely bluff.
Ahh well.. Solution: file an official complaint to the school for neglecting a problem. Lay down your story and elaborate on your efforts to resolve the issue in a mature manner. Claim the results are not the fault of your actions but their failure to provide a secure and safe environments for the children.

In my years at school, the wisest parent I've ever have seen act against a bully was that of a friend. On a meeting with the principle he simply laid down terms.
"I trained my son not to pick fights and just to defend him. He's been attacked, yet no action is taken against the bully. Thereby you reinforce the idea that physical aggression goes unpunished and is a free for all. If I see no action taken soon against such aggression, I will recommend my son to take the fucker down."
His son was a semi professional sports player. His father an ex military. The matter was resolved within days.

We dont have any physical bullying at my school, its mainly the emotional kind (which is a lot worse in my opinion) but I know in other schools there have been a few times where people have called their cousins and have ganged up on a couple of people ... but this is only way way way out in the outskirts of the city where all you find are crazy bedouin hillbillies.

They are so lovely, ain't they? They managed to remove everything from the car of my friend's father in 5 minutes or so, only the sekelton was left.
