I hate how the sports media in the Netherlands just completely turned against our Football team just because they lost one game. They're all like

"Hah! I they aren't as Invincible as they make themselves out to be!"

While the coach and the players have always been extremely humble about their success, saying things that any opponent can be dangerous and that they take every game seriously. Even when they win with a "too small a marigin" (whatever that may mean) they will openly chastise themselves in front of the media and apoligize. Even when they win with something like 3-1.

The Football culture in the Netherlands is completely insane. Its not even enough if they win, they have to win unconditionally and play beautiful football. Even if they win with something like a 2-1 result the media will whine about them not playing pretty enough. Or it being "too close". Oh, the vice-world champions are having twwwouble with a wittle cwountry? Grow up, Dutch sports media, seriously. They're never fucking statisfied. When we win, they whine. When we loose, they win even more.

Congratulations to Sweden though for getting best second and placing themselves directly into the tournament.

In one of the many newpapers I ready today they also had a "best" match and a "record" match on the side.
The best match was last years vs. Sweden that was won 4-0 or something. The record being a 11-0 this year against some country starting with San I think.

yeah San Marino. but i was watching the game against sweden, and the truth is,

3 stupid mistakes by the sub-par Dutch defenders, were taken advantage of by the Swedes.

and in the end that's what wins matches, profiting from that one mistake.

and sweden did what it had to do.

I mean if you fuck up against san marino or andorra or any other team of that caliber they might not score. but the swedes do.

and it'll be worse when its again Germany or Spain, where every mistake can mean a loss.

I'm totally cool with Sweden winning. They're a good team that deserved to win. Its just that in Dutch newspapers they are blowing this way out of proportion. Like our divine heroes have tragically fallen, slain by an unworthy foe. That's bullshit. Sweden legitimately won. This isn't because some sort of magical arrogance that slackened the Dutch team, or some other mystical curse upon us, the other team just played better. Its highly unrespectful to just focus on your own team when you loose a game, cursing them, instead of also praising the other winning team. Not to mention unbelievably arrogant. In sports and competition even the best teams can loose. When they do it doesn't mean that they have fallen from grace and are trapped in an eternal realm of suck. Or something.

Dutch football media is just completely batshit insane. They're always like this.

Ridiculous.

I think you're reading to much into it, people were just bumbed out that the dutch lost while seemingly dominating the game, because of stupid mistakes.

Crunk is that part you hear with auto-tune and 'singing' (I don't consider it singing) about drinking and fucking. Then hardcore which is where the screamo comes from. Hence why it's called crunkcore.
