Everytime the police use force, the person on the other end has started up a hell of a ruckus about it, resulting in a lot of them getting into trouble. Neutral

And the whole thing started when a policeman shot and killed a man who had a gun and was behaving in a threatening manner. I would have taken the shot too. But because he was black, you got all the gangs in London starting their "OMGWTFRACISM!!1!!" campaign, and the rest joined in for the free stuff.
