Actually moose is just the American name for the Eurasian elk (Alces alces) which lives in Sweden as well.

I think he used Elk (which, I should add, is just the same animal: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moose) though.. Which if you wanted to cook traditionally Swedish makes a hell 'lot more sense..

I totally knew this.. -sigh-, you guys should take my joke for what is.. and it is what we Dutch call "mierenneuken".. which litterally translates to "ant fucking" which means.. 'fussing about very minute mistakes and actively searching for the smallest reason to criticize someone'..
