Pictures of your character/s

Yet it isn't the nose that is the issue. But the face features, and I do not compare it to the ingame.

I simply said it doesn't strike me as an orc's face, and that is simply how things are.

Then there's not much I can or need respond to, as "features" could be just about anything. But I won't bother defending my own, conscious choices if there aren't any clear arguments to be found anyway. I'll let the discussion end there to make room for actual artwork, and leave anyone free who doesn't seem to like the interpretation of someone else's own character to drop a PM if they have such a dire need for it.

My troll aint furry.. however she is very very skinny and does have a very bushy head of hair

Everywhere I think, short and rough I believe. More like a shorthaired dog? I'd try and look it up if I wasn't engrossed in storywriting atm xD

Never saw it mentioned there either.

I've read some trolls have -moss- on their bodies that are similar to fur, but fur itself?

Never heard of it.

I just read up on it to.. this fur/moss only applies to jungle trolls.. as mine was raised in the outskirts of the darkspeer tribes in the barrans.. she would be decidedly moss free

Actually that's only jungle trolls. The lore hasn't mentioned it on the other races, like Forest Trolls who's skin is covered in permanent moss. (Last time I checked atleast.)

1. Your troll is very young then. Darkspear Tribe are Jungle Trolls, they're exiles from Stranglethorn, and thus has fur. But if I'm not wrong moss is only Forest trolls.

Can we just agree trolls have some form of icky on their skin and are thus gross?

It's in the wiki, but besides that I've never seen it mentioned anywhere, not in-game, and I have never seen an artwork of a furry troll. I suspect the information might have come from the RPG books, who are not considered to be "canon". I usually just leave it in the middle if my trolls have fur or not, for the ease of role play, but as far as I am concerned trolls have toad-like skin as depicted in every artwork ever until I have seen it proven otherwise.

- That is the way I handle it. I do not condemn anyone for playing fur on their troll, or expecting all other trolls to have fur as well. It's on the wiki after all.

It's feasible that she's young enough for that, the trolls have hung around the barrens for a little under 20 years I think? Trolls have pretty short lives, a 20-year-old is well into adulthood.

A quote for this amazing artwork, I love all the details and the character shown in the char's faces ^^ And as to how close it is to the original Orcs, I'd say Koz is a very handsome one. -nods-

(And I'd say the the biggest differences that cause him to look more 'human-like' are that he indeed has a more normal, sizeable nose and perhaps because all the Orc models I can recall have a gaping open mouth all the time with a lower jaw to match it. This artwork is an improvement on that if anything ^^)

Hm, since I lack drawing skills I will just abu... Err, hire someone else to draw my character/s (Cid, Cyrik or both in one).

If anyone is up for it, there's a 200g tip for the trouble (Yes I'm a Dwarf, and Dwarves are said to be rich. But I'm not as rich as a Stormwind noble).
