First and foremost you could attempt to make one of your characters take a big part in my roleplays, and be interesting enough to draw. This would take a lot of time. And it's a bit silly.

The other option is to give me stuff I want. Like money. Or gold.

Tho isn't the first "option" a bit necessary if they themselves want the outcome of the drawing to actually have their character's feel to it?

It's more of a "10k and we'll talk" kind of things.
