The birth of the Chapter of Holy Anethion

Where to begin.. when reading all of this..

My first thought was oh my.. In a good way. You brought up a lot of things, wrote a lot of things that made at least me very sentimental right now.

I first "met" you on your Exaythe, I did see you around on other characters but none that "caught" my attention. I had just returned from Ravenholt, when I figured it perhaps was a good idea to make an evil guild on alliance side here on Defias as I had not tried it.

So Reapers of Distortion was born, lead by Exenah. People oocly poked me over and over asking if I was you.. Which I can understand because of the name, but no. I was not you.

The Reapers had their time, had a lot of fun times to be honest. We did a lot of bad stuff.. And eventually as time went by and we got tired we merged with Wraithmark.

By that time wow was getting on my nerves a little, I longed for a change and focused more on my goody goody Natures Grasp character.

Wraithmark disbanded, I spent some time playing a Kaldorei and then I quit the game for a long time.

When I returned.. I walked around in Stormwind rather aimlessly, unsure of what to do. I ran into Farglade who ended up converting me, later becoming the sergeant of the Whitecloaks. Had an awesome time. Then things got to complicated and I left alliance, joined the horde. And not too many months ago I came back.

I recall oh to tell one of the first whispers from you then Exaythe. And as you wrote this thread, I should now start writing what I intended to begin with.

You are one special person. You are so full of creativity, you always listen, always try to sort things out no matter how big or chaotic the problem or situation is. And you have done soo bloody much for so many people. Even the times when I have played against you I have respected you a lot. For what you do, for who you are.

One of the most unselfish, positive people, I have run into during my time on wow, which is a very long time.
Sure you can rant as others can, but still not at all to the same amount, perhaps it is due to you not ranting mainly into my ears, but still. You are a very seemingly do note, collected, calm, right righteous( ) person. A diplomat, with a hard surface and a heart of gold. And no, this is not a wedding proposal. I am simply trying to state and show people, what I think you have not had enough of.. Honest, praise..

Through pain we shall go to purify our soul. Yes. You leaving the Chapter at all is sad. Very sad, that you did it for the reasons you did, is nothing but respectful. This is what I do call "your little baby". But that you should ever feel you have failed the Chapter, is so wrong. You have done wonders. We are guild, a guild that feels like in most cases a "home" for most I hope Icly.
A group of fanatical zealots, who now strives to become more fanatic and more strict again, yet.. In the hardship of being a member of the Chapter of Holy Anethion with all the ic problems that do bring.. We have fun, we quarrel, we get hate spam occasionally, but we still some how return to the Chapter, in one way or the other.. If we do leave it.

So that means, the guild is something very special. I suppose at times it is like a love/hatred relationship even for us members, but in total we love it more than we hate it, and we hate it because we love it soo darn much.

So thank you Exaythe.. For writing this, providing people with more understanding of the Chapter, the process of building it up, the times it have gone through.. And thank you for simply being you.

Over the past weeks I've fallen further and further away from the guild, the campaign, the lack of cultists and a lot of IRL issues and worries basically made me quit Jehorius unintentionally for a while. But I believe it is time for the white cross to rise once more.

FAITH SHALL OVERCOME!

One thing. It wasn't Berathil, but Farglade that knocked Imanuel out and dragged him into the cellar for defending Mandui.
Though I guess all in all it was a joint effort of us all!

Imagine a plot of Corleth going back in time, and ending up having his drink served to him by Dragomir with his girly, fluffy blonde hair!

Soren would -kill- for a second chance at seeing Dragomir alive..

I remember the days he was one of Dragomir's most followed heretics, and the patrols You and Validar would have in Stormwind in the late evenings...

I loved it, and I still have the nostalgia of these days...These two have always been my idea of how the Inquisition (hunters and shadowbreakers) should work together. There was not a better duo. They also were the only two Soren truly ever feared back then within the Chapter.

I hope to one day Achieve that with Thaerian and one of the Hunters...One can dream. (or maybe with Rhygel, if he ever returns).

Amazing! I think the entire rp community will always remember and appreciate what a fantastic guild this is! Though I have never actively rp'd with you guys a lot, its always interesting to read the stories icly from other peoples encounters and maybe sometime in the future i'll have the courage to maybe join but..we'll see! For now, I'll quietly fangirl in the corner.

Corleth is currently writing extremely exaggerated and mythical exploits of Anethionean heroes. Detailing Dragomir's exploits at the Blade isn't as saintly and ecclesiastically magnificent as him sacrificing himself to destroy an evil demon holding a relic engraved with a thousand prayers... is it?

Lokik was so zealous, that even Dragomir and Imanuel feared what he would say. I am sure even Anethion himself would twitch and run away crying when he hears Lokik preach. Lokik doesn't see the world in black and white, only in black. It seems that he hates everything and everybody!

Take it away, and Chapter might as well be a Lawful Evil guild ruthlessly exterminated anybody who even considers to consider straying from the one true, narrow and demarqated path!....which actually wouldn't be a bad thing now that I think of it...

On a more serious note for Corleth, if he's really working on it:

-Validar executing Merian, wife of Marticore and mother of a couple of months old baby ( ;p ), with a bullet. I remember it well...poor Canon Aran had to mop up the blood =( evil Validar.

Aye, me and Joa have been drafting them. We have a few so far, (Dragomir returning in Ireth mk. II, Waldemar defeating a Lich and a few other tales of 'random' Anethionean heroes and their saintly exploits) Jeho/Ataris and Ioanna/Demon could work! But I know little of what actually happened OOCly.

While Aran shooting Mandui in front of so many witnesses was the pinnacle of absolute faith, the lad failed. And the Validar one is awesome also, but a bit brutal. These tales are meant to glamorize the concept of Anethioneans fighting evil, and I think I lack the skill to glamorize shooting a pregnant woman.

She was no longer pregnant and said baby was well looked out for in the hands of Renhali until the evil Verlance and co (T.Dark Sphere) took the baby back
