[IC] Documents - The Magistrate system

I've been approached by a couple of candidates interested in magistrate work. I'll try and catch you ingame to talk about them.

wouldnt it be funny if somehow purly randome and coincidential curcumstances happend that resulted in a certain lovable draenie becoming a magistrate? would be epickly fun and throw a lot of unrest i suspect XD

As I said, the GHI version is avaliable in game for anyone who pokes me OOC to get them, otherwise you'll just have to make do with having them in this thread

A new addition to the system to make it justifiable for trials not to happen IC:

"The senior guardsmen may in cases were they believe it motivated administer punishment without involvement from the magistry provided the magistry does not object."

This shit needs a bump. We need more intrest from fresh and active characters that is fit for the job (aka scholars, law savvies and the likes without a criminal record, Stormwind citizenship is required and most if not all posts will go to humans)
