Redridge Questline and Now

People who do not know the questline:
Keeshan & Co gets freed.
Keeshan & Co blows up half of Redridge with Orcs.
Keeshan & Co kills bosses and Orcs in Stonewatch.
Keeshan & Co 'dies' by in a fight with a black dragon.
My question is, what is going on in Redridge? Has this happened? If it has, how are the places, especially Stonewatch; empty, full with Orcs, Gnolls, Alliance?
I guess this thread can also be used to discuss Westfall, but I'd love an answer about Redridge and Stonewatch.

All in all I reckon that the situation in Redridge should be like the phased version lorewise, shouldn't it? Indeed with an empty Stonewatch and so forth... Also... Keeshan was far too awesome to die... So he's alive in Burning Steppes...

Jayse made his point. And mine tbh.
Aside from that!
Sadly Blizz didn't throw that much into it as they did with Tyr's Hand.
So now it's basicly up to the individual to think of how it is, though it would seem like the Blackrock orcs are defeated... With style.
