Well, Doctor Who returns today, so that throws down some major happy for me. Also, I'm off to Leeds in a week to spend a weekend with some good friends, happeh happeh.

Uff it's been forever since I last went swimming :p... good that you had fun though, Ave!! How was the deer by the way? (I still haven't gotten over the fact that you ate DEER, like what the heck?!!!!)

Oh and I just beat my 5km running record!!! I did it in a little bit under 25 mins (23:34.45 I think)!! Usually, I don't run such short distances so I'm proud of it anyways. Hopefully, I'll get it down to 20minutes in a month or so.

And Jayse, if you're reading this, today I had a breakfast burrito, an apple, a banana, lentil soup and a bowl of steamed vegetables - but it was SO worth it cause god damn it, I ran like a freaking BEAST today!!! <3 The rush I got afterwards took all the guilt away aaah.... :) I had crazy chest pains though with 300m left and I couldn't breathe but I just sprinted through it (and then vomited straight afterwards ....).

But ya, today was a good day and I'm still feeling so "giddy" after my run. :)!!!!

Head Chef today! My speciality Chicken BBQ glaze:

Honey, Five Spice, Hot paprika, salt, pepper, a little water (to make it a marinade not to much) Marinade/Soak chicken in that for 30mins then slap on the grill.

It's so good it might make your face fall off!
