Life is suffering.
Buddha said that and he's a pretty cool guy and doesn't afraid of anything, or some such.

I went to the Roger Water The Wall concert yesterday with my father and a friend, it was amazing! Eerie in many ways, but extremely impressive.
Edit: I have no idea why this reply is Italic.. Oh well.

Good day for various reasons.. :3
Main one being i've pretty much eliminated crap/junk food cravings. And i'm back on track with my weight training taking effect after a long bought of illness and rapid weight loss \o/

Woooh nice :D!!! I should totally start lifting weights more often cause like my legs are like massive now compared to my upper body from running and I would so go to the gym but it's more fun if you go to the gym with a friend and none of my friends want to go to the gym so :( but anyways good luck and have fun! :P

Re: The Happy Post
Oh and I'm soooo happy today, because a) I saw Sammy! :) I miss him so, so, so much though :(. It's like when a mom breast feeds her baby, she develops such a close bond to it .... I want my baby back!!! :( And b), one of the students I'm counseling at school has had such a HUGE improvement and I'm so happy about that!! ^^
And by the way, if I get like a really bad craving (I always get like a crazy craving for fries or chips and strawbery juice after a run), what I normally do is like have an electrolyte (gatorade!) OR if it's not because of running, I would go for a short run, and if I had a sweet tooth, it would go. :) Exercising has actually been proven to be a very good appetite suppressant, especially like short, intense work outs like interval training and stuff.

Re: The Happy Post
It is! But... it depends on your personal habits and of course body makeup currently. If you avoid eating anything processed (which is about 75% of the current food in circulation sadly) your getting pure nutritional calories and not eating 'empty calories' that not only leave you unsaited but actually make crave more.
Eat six small meals throughout the day, good balance of dietry protien, carbs and dietry fats, plenty of fruit (NOT FRUITJUICE 'AT ALL' the whole fruit) and salad, veg ect..
You will never need nor want a bag of chips, fries or chocolate bar ever again, and the thought will possibly start making you feel sick
I just wish I could find somewhere that sold raw milk, rather then the homogenised crap that fills the supermarkets

Re: The Happy Post
Or eat and drink tasty stuff and be happy!
Yes I am sure twigs, seeds and bits of bracken can be very tasty. And no, I don't eat shitty things pre-processed (though do sometimes enjoy terrible things, like pork pies, or such). I love cooking and eating good food. It makes me happy.
*burp*
Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Err ya, nobody said anything about eating good food, just junk food :P.
And ya Jayse, I know what you mean. I haven't had chocolate in like more than three months now, but I only ever crave things like chips and crave because I sweat so much during a run (usually run for an hour to an hour and a half tops) so by the time I'm done my blood pressure is really, really low and all I want is like salty stuff.
But anyways, I find it really hard to eat 3 meals every day, let alone 6 ... I'm trying to eat a lot less now anyways cause I need to lose so much weight. But you're totally right about the balance thing. It's super important to have a balanced diet. I mean it's ok to have a chocolate bar every now and then, but just not like every single day.
And ya, processed and canned foods are disgusting ugh! I never eat anything out of a can or anything like pre-cooked (except like veggie burger patties. I mean tofu's great and all but the cook has never seen the stuff before so I just cook for myself and when I'm too tired to, I just have a veggie burger). But like normally I would have a breakfoot buritto or a green salad for breakfast, and then I'd have my apple "pick me up" later on in the day with either soya or green tea. I take multivitamin pills to like fill in the gaps.
And I just looked over my post and I'm sorry. I don't know why but I've been rambling on and on and on a lot lately :P

Because you're clearly starving and need some proper food!!
"multivitamin pills to like fill in the gaps"
Pah!!
PAH I SAY!
You need to lose so much weight? You're the person in the photos you posted, right? Seriously doesn't look like you "need" to lose any weight. But that's my opinion, not yours.
And I'd like to try a breakfoot buritto. I dunno what's in one. But if it's big enough to break my foot, then surely it's full of good stuff!

Avoid soy in any form Shae, it's not good stuff at all if you're looking to lower your bodyfat % (which is what I gather by you meaning 'Loose weight')

Re: The Happy Post
Breakfast burritos are great!! I put hummus (I make my own at home), avocado, pickles and tomatoes in it and it's delicious and healthy. :)
And ya Jayse, I know! I'm really scared now actually because I don't know what to do. I had to stop taking my other multivitamin pills because they had a vitamin in there from sheep's wool or something and this new one I have is lacking in a few minerals and vitamins (like calcium and vitamin D) so the only place I can get them is from soy milk. But I'm really afraid now because there are chemicals in soy beans which mimics females hormones so I'm like super lost now. :( I don't know what to do!!! But oh well it doesn't matter for now anyways. I'll worry about it after I get to my goal weight when I'm going to go back to my normal diet :p...

Re: The Happy Post
Well first thing don't panic lol.
Vitamin D is made in your largest organ. The skin You live in the middle east so sunlight isn't a problem at all. Fish liver oils (mainly Cod Liver Oil) will give you plenty of that stuff if you want a dietry supplement. Oily fish also but the oil you can buy (pretty much anywhere) is your best bet if you're worried (but seriously.. don't be.. >_>)
Calcium.. Milk and or Natural Yoghurt (THrow all that Soy in the bin, you'll do yourself a favour)
The Happy Post Bit: I'm nearly finished work for the day \o/
