[A] Regiment of Lordaeron

In these dark times there are need for heroes. Men of honor and justice, women of righteousness and faith. With the fall of Arthas Menethil, Lordaeron is free from the Lich King's cursed grip of death and pain. Former people of Lordaeron may yet have a chance to return to their homeland, if we safeguard those lands. But yet the Nations of the Grand Alliance is still in danger, The orcs attacks the wetlands, the Trolls are threatening Stormwind from Strangethorn vale, the forsaken moves south towards Stromgarde. We call upon the people of the Grand Alliance, to defend the nations, and prove the strength of the combined races of the Grand Alliance. If your up for the challange, seek out the Regiment of Lordaeron!

Some of OOC information, if any of you people are interested.

The Regiment of Lordaeron is what remains of the Lion's of Lothar ( Which is Corén, Arathoran and Ranthar(Nuraahi) ) We've decided to try remake the former Regiment of Lordaeron, and hopefully it would encourge more Rp up north, and hopefully we would be able to form a good link between the alliance nations in the Eastern kingdoms such as Gilneas, Arathor, Ironforge, Aerie Peak, Gnomeregan, Stormwind and Kul'Tiras.

We accept the following races:
Humans. Humans from Lordaeron/Alterac/Dalaran/Gilneas(1)/Arathorians(2)Azerothians
Dwarves. Ironforge Dwarves, Wildhammer Dwarves.
Gnomes.

Notes: If a Draenei or Night elf would ever wish to join us, we wouldn't let that out, but we strongly discourage it as we've haven't got solid lore that could back the idea up. And no leper gnomes!!
1(No we do not accept worgens -YET-!)
2(Yes your nation is damned to fall before the Forsaken, Galen Trollbane is the first sadly so join in the fight!)

The following classes is welcomed:
Warriors
Paladins
Mages
Rogues
Hunters
Warlocks
Priests

Ranks:
Highlord - Shares the supreme leadership of the regiment with the Lord-Commander.
Lord-Commander - Shares the supreme leadership of the regiment with the Highlord.
Commander - third in command, battalion leader, infantry commander.
Champion - The most trusted soldiers, handpicked by the Lord-Commander and the Highlord. They serve as officers in the Regiment
Captain - They serve as squad leaders, and are picked by the Commander. They are usually the lower ranked officer of the guild.
Ranger - A Ranger is a soldier of the regiment which is specialized in ranged combat, be it with bow, crossbow or gun. Usually good scouts or spies.
Magician - These cunning soldiers wield magic of any sort. Be it shadow, fire, frost or arcane.
Cleric - Cleric are the healers of the regiment, these brave soldiers move in during battles and drag injured people away from the field.
Sergeant - is a soldier of Lordaeron which is specialized in melee combat.
Recruit - Freshly recruited soldier of the regiment.

We've grown with an impressive speed! And we've made contact to the leaders of the once great Rp Guild Remnants of Lordaeron, they've even been put into Commanding posts and are some of the leading officers. This is done to honor the Remnants, and what they accomplished during their time. Every former member of this guild is most welcome among us!

Our current status is that we're docked in Stormwind on the Flagship of Lordaeron, Arrowheart, the proud Ship of the Line recovered by Ranthar Warfield and a brigade of veterans from Honorhold. Hes now the Captain-Admiral of Lordaeron and Commander of the last regiment. This boat will be our Headquarters while repairing it's damages and recruiting.
(The Flagship Arrowheart is the old fashion transport ship in the Stormwind Harbor.)

Just a minor nitpick: It's named Stromgarde. Other then that good luck, hope this will bring some more activity up North again.

More Lordaeron RP sounds very Good.

As someone who led a guild for quite some time with the same ideals and goals as this one (Remnants of Lordaeron), I can say I'm delighted. Omanos and Valdar and I had been talking for awhile about reviving Remnants, and so I'm reallyreally pleased that we're going to be able to work together in this project!

You might want to update the thread to add Omanos' and Valdar's names and such. I'll be joining you at, ah, some point, I just need to iron out Rohwyn's IC reasoning and details.

What happend with that Lightbound guild then? It was recently started?

Unfortunately the Lightbound never really got off the ground. I posted a lot about it, gave people information and such but it didn't seem to generate any interest outside of the close group of friends I have on the server.

So, with that in mind we decided to, rather than revive Remnants and create competition with this guild, to join their efforts and bring everyone that was interested with us.

I'm rather excited about this prospect, and I'm hoping that we get this off the ground and give the north some more RP again, I've been missing it!

Valdar here! I'm really excited about this chance, and it's a pleasure to have some patriotic Lordaeron RP, even if it's in Stormwind.

There are some issues to be worked through still, what with cross faction relations and RP, and so on. But I have strong faith in this new guild.

How about you share for a while anti, give them access to the upper part and then a month or so later tell them "You have 5 seconds to get out before we flush you out with blight.".

We are the Forsaken. We never forgive. We never forget. We do not waste chop-stick material.

Some more alliance roleplay up in the North is always welcome. Should those pesky undeads up there treat you too harshly you can always seek refuge at our bastions of Dun Garok, Thandol Span and the regiments we have stationed in the Highlands.
