Raaawwrrrrr! It happened again... I go out of my way to help a guild member, tank him through HC's for gear, spend hours teaching him rotations for raiding, etc... Put a lot of time into it! And for the second time, after he's got what he's wanted... he leaves the guild and joins another. Neutral

Corporations aren't designed to be your friend though. Sometimes the only way to force a raise is to move. My brother had the problem. After leading an IT team successfully for three years and systematically getting good reviews, the corporation decided it was direly needed to reward such a valuable member of the company... They offered a raise of 80$ as a glorious reward for a three year career of splendor.

I don't criticise the system. I am someone that sides more with companies than their employees though. *shrugs* And it's mostly worse. Usually other companies effectively call you and go: "hello are you unhappy where you work now? Do you want to work here for more money??" There's a big need for people in companies these days.

Not having allergies previously is no defence against hayfever or a reaction to pollen. Trust me (I'm da doktor).

If you've been around something very smokey, or been around air conditioning units for some time you can also get infections as tiny bits of shit enter your already dried eyes.
