God I know I feel terrible Jayse like I'm so disappointed in myself .... I had been doing SO well too, you know like I was fasting for a week and everything was going so well but I had a math test today so I figured I should eat something and then I just wanted more and more and more ... it was terrible especially since it all happened in school so a) I couldn't get rid of it and b) it was all wasted calories cause I'm just sitting in the classroom for 9 hours... I'm going to have to go for a super, super, super long run today but I don't know if I'll have the time.

I'll have to start over again all from today. I nearly broke my fast on day 5 but I fixed it but I don't think I'll be able to fix today sigh. This is so frustrating

Oh fasting! Then I apologise, didn't realise was that time o'the year. Yea, fasting while training is literally.. hard shit -_- I don't know how it's done to be honest. If your not eating you don't want to be training Shae, trust me. Or your body will starve, and that's not good.

Thats very bad yeah, if its that time its better not to train really and i can actually do that, the thing with eating but gaining no weight at all, im actually fighting my weight and ive lost some again, which is why i wish i could eat more, my breakfast is like a piece of bread then later on dinner, then nothing else.

Edit: The time my ankle was healing from the operation i was eating like a pig and gained no weight.

Err no it's not the kind of fasting you think. Ramadan was last September :p. I am just restricting my diet mostly to like around 100-200 calories maximum every day depending on what I'm doing that day. The first 2 days are really hard I found but then it's fine. Only trouble is that it's hard to concentrate in class so I sometimes have to eat something but then my blood sugar just spikes and my body wants more and more and more. Usually I don't eat in school because I keep myself busy but today I had like 2 hours of free periods so yes ... it was hell. -.-

To avoid the whole spiking of the blood sugar eat some healthy bread of some sort, that should sort that fact out. I think..

"Healthy bread" as in like whole bran or whatever? I would but complex carbs are still carbs and I try to avoid it at all costs. I will only have a little so that my body doesn't think it's starving. Usually I can just control it very easily but I don't know what happened today ... anyways new start tomorrow, hopefully it'll go better this time.

You know, that's really -really- unhealthy.

I'm starting to think you have a bad eating disorder here?

A healthy person should eat between 2500 and 3000 calories a day.
When I was doing my dieet I was at 1200 calories a day, and that worked fine, but even then some people would consider that unhealthy.
What you're doing is just plain dangerous. Unless a doctor advised you this, I'm advising you to quit that, silly!

You're completely right, that is how much a healthy person should eat. But considering how fat I am, that isn't how much I should be eating. Of course, eating that much isn't good for you in the long run, but it's not like I do it every single day. I only do it for 2-3 week periods every 2-3 months. And also, I'm taking my multivitamin pills so I'm getting all the minerals I need and I'm not a girl so it's not like it's going to mess with my menstrual cycle and make me infertile or something... :p And yes I will stop once I get down to the weight I should be at of course.

Hoho Nithel how droll ... 75kg at 184cm is way too much for me personally, and your brother's weight and height is irrelevant pff!!! It's about being comfortable with who you are. anyways this is a vent thread not the weight loss thread. sorry to have "derailed" or whatever.

Yes Shae. It is to some extent comfort in who you are. And you being happy.

But those pics you post of yourself... seriously man. I've had issues and my weight crashed. Massively. And I now float around and go up and down. And it can be good or bad. But I try to just be happy.

It worries me though, the guy on the pics does not look overweight, not at all. And certainly not to the extent you seem to be suggesting.

This isn't my battle. Nor probably the place for "talking". I may poke you via PM. But, well... stop being a ninny and a twerp. And be clever about stuff!

I need to gain muscles >.< but i'm at 80kg at 1.90 so my weight is fine Very Happy and my 4-5k kcal a day don't do anything to my weight xD wait this should be in the happy post..

I'm 60(with atleast 50 of those beeing MUSCLE) kilograms and 177, ive always been the most skinny fuck, I'm tempted to quit smoking(as if) just for the smoother metabolism

also a BMI thread is imminent

Very Happy I work hard all day, I'm entitled to have a little chow down every so often! It's a good thing I always stay the same weight XD But then again, it means I can eat what I want, thus making me more unhealthy!
