I want to rp my alliance character (female draenei mage) as a SECRETARY

Do any guilds or organisations need such a thing?

Depends on how you put it... Doraleous & Associates could use one, to keep track on where in the world they might be needed. ^^

Well I'm mostly looking for something along the lines of my character following the leader around, taking notes for him/her, writing up plans, taking messages, that sort of thing. If it involves going into wpvp events or whatever that'd be great, cause I enjoy them a lot.

I'm sure a busy Minister may be someone who you would be looking for

Make the elf, Apply, and you can concider yourself hired! I've thought about making Doraleous and Associates, and I got quite a few who would apply, and be other members of it (Mirdon, Broof, Sir Walkin). ^^

It looks interesting, but I'm not sure it's exactly what I'm looking for. It seems to be a very structured. rigid and very holy guild, right? Well I saw your post on the SI:7 thread and at first I thought it was trolling.

But as your serious it could possibly work however there is a problem. It's not as if we walk around as obvious agents all the time. So for example if there was a PA following Jayse taking notes and reminding him of meetings.. that would be a little suspect I feel

Yeah, it probably wouldn't work with the SI:7 thing, I did just mean it as a joke first (Wouldn't say it was trolling ) but the idea sort of grew on me for some reason I guess.

She's just simply awsome, that's why.

Besides, in a medieval setting like WoW might be to some, it's quite the opposite where as you're seen as adult after like, 13-14.

I thought Julia was 25-35 or something, most likely older.

Aha, I think you should change your age, just a little, throw about 6-8 more years in the hat, just to make her mature enough to even have a newspaper, and then 2-4 years on that to make her qualified for the Council. Else it just sounds retarded with a 16 year old Councilor. No offense, but just to make it possible, and not make it sound like she just finished Private server RP School or she transfered from AD. xD

Weird how people allow a number to determine whether a roleplayer does a good work ICly or not :/

In medieval times, kids were considered to be of age -a lot- earlier than they are today. (At least when it came to pulling their own weight, work-wise, and determining what kind of jobs they were suitable for)

This only really applied to poorer families though and it was because they coudln't afford to support children who weren't working
